We had an issue with squirrels in our home. They provided helpful advice, were quick to respond to our needs, and after two weeks we had trapped all of the squirrels and they blocked the entry points. They charged a fair price for their services. Ive worked with three or four exterminator companies over the years, but Spartan Pest was definitely the best and easiest to work with. I would highly recommend.

Squirrels had made our home their home in the years prior to our moving in. From Fall until late Spring, it was not uncommon to hear them scurrying (wrestling?) in the attic.I contacted Spartan the first part of January (2021) and over the following weeks, we find them to be doggedly persistent (e.g., moving the traps, re-baiting traps, setting up cameras, etc.). They were also patiently educational - as I had a faulty notion of how long trapping might take - and was able to 1) remove the pest and 2) repair the point of entry the pest had used.To us the fact they are Veteran owed and operated is a HUGE plus.Would highly recommend.

I woke up last Thursday morning to see 30 flying bugs by my backdoor. My mind immediately went to termites. After a quick Google, I found Spartan and saw the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. I called at 8:00 am, scheduled an inspection for 11:00 and the technician arrived early, promptly diagnosed that they were just flying ants, sprayed the whole house and was done BY 11. Josh is the best! We had fleas and no idea how to get rid of them. Josh dealt with our frantic, stressed call while we explained what the bites looked like, where we had traveled recently, when they started, etc. Just through the call Josh was able to determine they were fleas. Josh came as soon as possible to treat the problem, keeping us calm and reassured with his friendly and easy-going demeanor. We are flea free and will definitely be recommending Spartan Pest Solutions to all our friends and family in the Columbus area!

This was perhaps one of the best experiences we have ever had with any company we have hired for any service at our residence. We had a three month drain fly problem that failed all conservative treatments that we tried on our own. Paul came to evaluate the problem, gave us a very detailed and professional explanation, answered all of our questions, and even helped us out with a minor plumbing problem! Paul represented this company extremely well, and if we have any further extermination issues, they will be our first and only call!Drain fly problem is remedied and exceedingly happy!

Highly recommended, they came out same day and set a trap for a raccoon. They utilize state of the art equipment to monitor without having to stop by everyday. Paul was great to work with and very responsive.

Paul came out to determine what was walking between our main level ceiling and second level floor. He was able to determine a bird entered the house and got lost. We had some loose soffit and a large vent for our stove he was going to come back and fix. The bird left on his own. When Paul returned, he put a cage over the vent and determined that the soffit and fascia was rotted and needed replaced. He did not want to do a subpar repair. So he did not charge us and referred us to some one who could help with the soffit repair. Very professional.

I called about removing a wasp nest. Josh asked me a few questions and we certain is was a dormant nest...and he was right! He saved me ~$100 by just spending a few minutes on the phone with me. Ill definitely call them back when I have an real pest problem to deal with.

This review is overdue but I needed to get this information out there. This company is just great. I worked with Paul who was very honest, informative, and personable. I was fortunate enough to catch an infestation that I was having at my house early but not without feeling terrible about it. I was educated as to how common the problem is and shown how to avoid repeat infestations. I originally called to deal with raccoons living in my attic not only did they take care of that but they also noticed entry points that rodents could get in too. They ended up fixing that up at no extra charge. Originally they planned on trapping the raccoons for 1 week but it ended up taking 3-4 weeks because I had some elusive ones that were breaking out of the cages. They ended up extending the trapping and made several extra trips to my house to deal with at no extra charge. They ended up getting two big ones and they also went in and cleaned out any fecal mater sanitized the attic and replaced soiled insulation. The whole time they have been very punctual, professional and friendly. They have also been dedicated to getting the job done right and not just getting it done quickly.

Paul and his team were very responsive and prompt when we had a family of raccoons living in our attic area. They set up a trap and once the raccoons were gone they cleaned and patched up the access point. Thanks Paul!

My husband and I discovered a stressful pest problem the week I was due with our 4th child. We called other places, but was not able to get anyone out for over a week. Great pest control company service was excellent. Took care of my parents house in New Albany area, very fast and clean.

Came out after my buyers home inspector said he found trace of animals in the attack. They took a look and said they didnt find any evidence in their professional opinion. Didnt charge me since there wasnt anything they actually had to do.
