Just moved into a new home and noticed massive spiders around the exterior of our home. Reached out to Central Ohio Bug Extermination due to their amazing reviews. They were so accommodating to my schedule and was able to fit me in as soon as possible, I really felt like a first priority. They were in and out very quickly which was very accomodating and very thorough in what they were doing. Would definitely recommend and would have them back again without a doubt.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called this company in a panic when I had wasps coming into my home. I am terrified of bees. Justin assured me on the phone he could get rid of them today if I paid him $399! When he got to my home, he then said it would take several days to get rid of them. I asked him to spray my attic and he refused. I think for $400, he should spray whatever I ask him to spray. He was awful to me and condescending. He suggested he leave and I agreed. He then demanded that I pay him $40 for gas money. I then called another company the same day and they got rid of them in one day for $129 AND came back 3 days later to spray again just to make sure they got them all…for free!!! Central Ohio Bug is ridiculous and overpriced…stay away from this company!

When yellow jackets invaded our second story eaves we tried treating the problem ourselves. Total fail! On the weekend we called a few companies and left messages. Justin was the first to call us back. He was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was reasonable, so we asked him to come as soon as he could. He came about two days later and sprayed, and within two days we stopped seeing any bees! We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this company!

I spoke to Justin, the owner. He was very kind and professional, thoroughly answered my questions, and was available at 2 in the morning. In speaking with him, I trust that I’ll get a bang for my buck and that my ant infestation will be resolved. Wow Wow Wow. I am completely blown away by the amazing service I received from this company today. We had bugs and I freaked out, called COBE and Justin A answered at 8:30 PM on a Thursday, he assured me everything was going to be ok and that Chris would be out on Friday to inspect our house and give an estimate. Chris came out to the house and was professional, kind, and had an ID badge plus a great personality. He discussed the options with my spouse and I and left to give us time to make a decision. I called later that day on Friday and on Monday, the owner Justin was at our house. That night I slept like a baby because I knew our problem was handled. In addition, each time I called Justin A knew who I was and was ready to answer my questions, he is such a gem. I can’t say thank you enough!

I called because my apartment has dozens of huge black flies and we were not sure what they were coming from. I explained the situation and the man that answered the phone was very nice and patient with me and explained what they were from and how long to expect the problem to last.

Called their listed phone number, was asked to leave a message or text a different number. I did both. Never got a callback. I did get a return text that they no longer own the business and will forward my information. That was the end of the communication with them.

I wanted to recommend Central Ohio Bug Extermination LLC to you in case you are ever in need of their services. I needed to have a 6000 square foot house treated for bed bugs and obtained quotes from 5 companies that were recommended to me. Central Ohio Bug Extermination was the only company that offered to come look at the place before just giving us a random quote. This was important to me because the company got a better idea of our problem and could tailor the treatment to our needs. I also was able to speak directly to the person who was coming out to do the quote. The other companies gave me emailed quotes based on square footage alone and I only talked with the receptionist. I dealt with Justin Brown and he educated me on the treatment options; provided a preparation checklist and treated the house in a timely manner. I highly recommend Central Ohio Bug Extermination!

If you want to throw you money away these are the guys to call. Saw one bed bug and we wanted to get rid of the problem before it got worse. Washed and packed up all out linens like we were told, within a couple weeks and before we moved out linens back into out house we found 2 more. Contacted Justin Brown and was told that it would cost us another $700 because we had a re-infestation problem . We had already paid them over $900 in treatments that were ineffective. We finally called another company who told us they saw very little sign of bed bug activity and If Justin had treated the house the problem would have been taken care of. Their thoughts was the house was never treated in the first place . After the second company actually treated our house we havent had any issues.

Company is such a scam. Was told it would be 175plus tax ended up being more because he had to come for a revisit because he didnt know we had a child, what??? Then wouldnt even give us a receipt. And of course wont reply now.
