These guys have quite the imagination. I just had a car audio installation done. Let me tell you, the quality workmanship that was put into the job is second to none. The attention to detail is unlike anything Ive ever seen. The sound matches the cosmetics. You can just tell they worked some late nights and long days to produce such a quality build. Got my windows tinted here yesterday. Absolutely amazing service. Ive already recommended it to several of my friends. Very affordable price for an amazing product in return. Inside the building they have several demos of how well each tint works as well as detailed descriptions of what each one entails. The staff was very helpful in letting me make my own informed decision on what tint job I wanted done. They told me what each cost and the quality of each without coming off as pushy or too salesy. I will go again when I want more work done!

I have used this company multiple times for window tent and stereo installation over the years, probably bringing a dozen vehicles to them. I had always had good results with quality and craftsmanship until I paid them to install paint protection film on my new car.After installation, they asked if I used an automatic car wash, to which I said yes, I used club car wash. They told me specifically to not have the high-pressure hoses any closer than 18 inches to the film. I agreed and notified the car wash of that. I had the car in for multiple washes over the first six months after installation. I had no issues until a month ago when I discovered a few bubbles and a small peel at one front wheel well.I brought my car back in and after an installer checked it out, was told by Bianca that they would replace the film and she scheduled my appointment. By the time I had driven back to my office, I received a phone call from her telling me that Mark head rejected the repair based entirely on the fact that I had used an automatic car wash, without having even looked at the car. She offered to replace the defective film at a barely discounted rate. I told her I was not interested in that, and if they had a company policy to reject warranty claims based on use at an automatic car wash, then they should’ve told me that before I paid for the service because I likely would not have done so. I then sent an email describing my experience and have never heard from anyone at their company again. I don’t know how many thousands of dollars I spent there over the years, but this level of customer service does not deserve a repeat purchase and I will not ever go back. Beware of their commitment to customer service and warranty work if you use this company.

I had a remote starter installed by this business in December. Had worked perfectly every day until Saturday. Took it back Monday and they determined that the when I had the oil changed Friday afternoon, the dealer technician had broken the safety pin under the hood. The Sound Performance team repaired this at no charge to me even though it really wasn’t covered under the warranty as it was physical damage. They said since the dealership had referred me and they get quite a bit of business that way; they would cover it this time. Really appreciate their help and professionalism. 5 star business.

I spent my daughters college fund to have Sound Performance put a great set of Memphis subwoofers and an amp in my truck, because lets face it, Ill get more work out of the speakers than the college will get out of her.They did an amazing job designing and building my speaker box. The box sits in there tighter than Rosie ODonnell in spandex. (Dont look for a picture, its horrifying.) The sound is absolutely amazing. As soon as I fired those speakers up to full blast I could barely even hear my wife telling me how she could have done it better. But even she stopped talking to me after a few minutes. The speakers were vibrating the truck really hard. She got this strange look in her eyes as they glazed over, rolled back in her head, and she was breathing really hard like she was having an asthma attack. Then she started talking to God really loud. I think that means she was thanking him for the speakers.All in all, a terrific experience and I love my new speakers. The staff at Sound Performance did an amazing job. And Ive never seen my wife so content. Ten stars because five isnt enough.

I walked in today on a hope & a dream they could swap out by blown speakers in the near future. They got all my vehicle info and said they could squeeze me in within 45 minutes. WHAT??? Customer service is super important and the two ladies I worked with were super friendly and super helpful. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Sound Performance tackled a very complicated project for my car. Not only did they get the job done in a timely manner but they did it with excellence, professionalism and a great attitude! Some initial problems with initial installation --- small thing missed on the paint protections film which was corrected. They had difficulty with the initial installation on the touch screen which shattered before installation. The important thing is, once again, they followed through with correcting the problem by making sure it was done right.

A couple of weeks ago Sound Performance installed a SIRIUS radio in my new car. What a great job they did. All of the staff were professional and accommodating. They did a super job of installing the radio. And kudos to McKenzie who took a little extra time to help me get the radio going. Thank you to all the staff. They treat you like you are the only customer at the time.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my car off at 3:45 PM to get 5 windows tinted with ceramic tint. The car was finished by 5:30 pm! The job they did looks amazing. Its also backed by a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend this place to get your car tinted. Outstanding job by Sound Performance/The Tint Guys. I arrived early and they got me in right away and started on my truck. Had the front two windows tinted in 30 minutes. They had honored the coupon I brought in, and all the staff was exceptional. McKenzie and Bianca were very thorough in explaining the warranties with the tint and answered all questions I had. After having a bad experience with another shop in town, it was great to be treated like family at Sound Performance. Our tint guy Matt was phenomenal! I’m really indecisive. Not only did he take the time to help me choose the correct shade of tint but he left samples so that we could test them out at different times of day so that I could make the best decision and feel confident about it. Great customer service and quality work. The women at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide a comfortable environment while waiting. When I got home I had noticed a decent sized bubble after getting my windows tinted (pretty sure it was caused by me). They got me in ASAP and fixed the problem without any money out of my pocket. Requested a remote start for my SUV. Got a quote and took the vehicle, unfortunately, my vehicle was not sold with a master key. The staff did an exceptional job attempting to find me alternatives while I dealt with the dealership. They updated me every step along the way and after 2 weeks on initially installing the remote started, the task was completed. The girls on staff, owner and William did exceptional work with educating me about my options, providing a ride home, showing me how to become comfortable with my new starter and researching all options to meet my expectations. Despite the frustrations regarding the master key concerns with the dealership, they did an amazing job and I will recommend them to anyone needing professional service with exceptional customer service.

McKenzie and Bianca are at their front desk and they are both great young ladies. McKenzie personally called the factory about my remote app and fixed the little glitch it had herself instead of having me call them. Just had the windows tinted on my car and like always Sound Performance did an awesome job. Both McKenzie and Bianca were super personable and helpful. The two were able to answer every question I had about the process and give helpful advice on the tint service that was being performed.
