William, the owner, replied to my questions immediately via email, after hours, providing accurate qoute ranges. We met in person at the business, which was clean and organized and very professionally run, and I selected a product that they completed while I waited while the work was completed (all windows on a sedan tinted). It was approximately a 1 hour and 10 min wait, which was also accurate to his estimate. I find these components of customer service important. And importantly, the vehicle looks great! The price was fair, very good facility, great customer service, and excellent outcome.

They did a good job, but the wait was very long even though i had an appointment. Waited for 4 hours. Apart from that, the job itself was well done.

I brought my brand new 2021 4Runner to get several things done to it. I put a ceramic coating, I had a paint protection film on my entire truck including my front windshield, and I tinted my windows. My truck was hand washed with soft microfiber mitt.When I picked up my truck it looked better than when I first purchased my vehicle. Everything was right and very special with this business. When I walked in the door for first time it smelled so good!! Everything was luxurious about this place. The staff knew what they were doing and promised me I would love the finished product. When I walked in after it was done, I wanted to cry because my truck looked wonderful!!! If you want your car to stand out among the rest of other vehicles, please go to Apex Auto Performance!! From now on, I will get my truck hand wash by them!!!

I Sent requests for quotes for ceramic window tinting . I got almost immediate response from William at Apex. His response was accurate detailed and complete. He answered follow up questions as well. Based on this, I called his shop next day and made an appointment. William was even better in person than email. He carefully answered my questions Again and I made the decision to have the work done. It was done in the time frame promised and looks excellent. Actual install was done by Jimmie I think.Lifetime warranty as well.The 3M ceramic tint applied is well worth the extra cost, William never up sold me, he explained the differences and answered all questions as I mentioned already.I am looking to bring other vehicles to their shop and highly recommend their work.Nick H

My husband called in about getting my windows tinted. Advised that we were out of state and would like to make sure the tint follows state guidelines. The gentleman said he would check which he did. Though tinting was not done, we were provided with professional information where some places would hustle you knowing that, the information provided is wrong. I appreciate the advice received and would recommend the company just on the advice provided.

Wow, finding this place was a truly blessing! I found why they have great reviews. The reception, the customer service, the work & follow-up far exceeded my expectations. I was so pleased with the tint job they just did on my Jaguar XJ that I had them install clear bra on the headlights the very same day. They really have integrity and take pride in their work. Explained everything in detail, even made sure to leave the 3M logos on as proof of authenticity. Comfortable waiting area, they followed COVID precautions, even took time to suggest the best paint correction option. I also asked what I could do to repair the sticky buttons throughout my car, Will took the initiative to find out that Jaguar has a recall for the sticky buttons & he even sent me all of the information the very next day! Wow, I will most definitely be coming back here to get paint correction and detailing on both of my vehicles. I will be highly recommending this place to family, friends and coworkers.

BLUF: Recommend! Timely quality work with great service.I travel via vehicle often & have had previous vehicles get caked in bugs due to these trips. I had heard good things about Ceramic Pro, but had never had it applied on any of my vehicles. I decided that it could be a good investment for my White Tesla Model 3. In early Nov 2019, I visited William & Alfie at the Apex location in Columbia, MD & was impressed by how knowledgeable & helpful they were. Before I committed to the work, they walked me through all the options. I decided on the Platinum Ceramic Pro Package + Wheels & wow, it looks nicer than new!Im looking forward to seeing how the Ceramic Pro coatings work during my upcoming travels!

During the month of July (2019), Ray tinted my 3-vehicles - Mazda CX5, Mini Cooper S, and Corvette Stingray .... need I say more? They also washed and waxed 2 of the vehicles .... need I say more? During a recent visit, Will explained the Ceramic Pro clear coating process .... to maintain a brilliant shine from top to bottom, bumper to bumper. The quality of professional workmanship, service, courtesy and care makes for a very happy and satisfied customer .... need I say more?
