Get there early, but otherwise they do a great job.

Only option was to go on a Saturday and I wasnt in the position to just drop it off. They open at 8:30, I got there at 8:15 and was already 3rd in line. The guy that comes in the office is great. Paperwork is easy and FYI, they charge a fee if you use a debit card. So if youre like me go early, or drop your car off and pay cash. TOTALLY worth the wait! And I drove 45 mins to get there. Would recommend this place, over and over again! Thanks Royal Image! My car looks amazing!

They are unprofessional over the phone. Poor customer service have, no enthusiasm while speaking to customers. I literally hung up the phone in his face because, he was one word responding to me as i asked him questions about services. When I calle do has to make sure I called the correct business because they didn’t specify the place of business! Definitely a Thumbs down for professionalism!

4 years and my tint still looks great! Here with my other car today and the professionalism is still great!

I took my car and they were so nice and educated me on my tint. I wanted my windows real dark but they advised me not bc I could get ticket depending on where I drive to and advised me on a lighter dark tint. They got my car in and out quick and I havent had any issues with my window tint. I followed the after care instructions. Their price was inexpensive and I was very pleased.

This facility does not honor the warranty on their work. My tint started to peel on two of my windows after only a few months of being done so I took my vehicle in on a Friday afternoon. There were no customers waiting, no vehicles being worked on, and three employees just sitting around. I was advised that I’d have to return on Monday because they don’t perform warranty work on Fridays or Saturdays. Once I asked the gentleman what time they closed on Monday, he then told me that they only do warranty work Monday - Wednesday between 08:30am -12:00pm. This is when most people work!! So if I had not asked the additional question and had shown up after work at 4pm, they still would have turned me around. I just went elsewhere and paid to have someone else to fix their work. It’s not worth the hassle. In my opinion, this is intentional so that they don’t have to honor their so-called warranty.

Tint hasn’t been on a year yet and it’s peeling up in 2 places. Bubbles starting to show in another. Gonna pay some professionals to do it right this time.

Pull up a little after 830 and no staff was there and came back and waited till 1030 & still wasnt serviced so I sat in my car because they have no heat in the waiting area!!! A Naw for me I lift👎

I went to Royal Image and had my windows tinted and they did an excellent job. Couldnt be happier. Very professional!! Lifetime warranty, cant beat that! Horrible Service all my Windows have bubbles and I even have pieces of clear plastic in between my tint and window. I even can feel dirt under my tiny. And I have pin holes in it from the dirt. But hey dont miss place the yellow paper because then you have no warranty. Even tho they have a copy....

I went to Royal Image today on my lunch break today, to get an estimate on re-tinting two windows on my car. I got out of my car prepared to inquire about pricing but the three young men that were standing under a make shift garage did not display a welcoming attitude for business. When I got out of my car, I asked did they work there and the three responded yes but with no vigor for work. I turned around and went back to my car and let them know that I would take my business elsewhere because they didnt seem to want my business. This business should learn how to welcome a customer that comes to their establishment. I will not recommend them to anyone because of there lack of customer service.

I have a 2016 dodge took my tuck in for the 3 rd time today to have the same window fixed worst customer service ive ever had from the manager to the window tinter he refused to fix the problem of bubbles and glue under the tint I would recommend anyone taking there car to them they do not stand behind there work and are very rude
