I ordered wheels, a lift and tinting as a package from them on May 4th. It’s July 15th and they still don’t have a timeline on when the lift is due in. So I’m cancelling the order since they can’t deliver on the products I bought from them.I have been there 3 times and called countless times trying to sort this. Once I came in to cancel the rude girl behind the counter said they needed to charge me a re-stock fee on wheels and tires. Something that was not communicated to me ever and isn’t on an invoice or anywhere in the store.Customer service gets referrals and I guess they are doing well enough to not care about taking care of a mistake they couldn’t correct. I’ll be sure to send everyone else I know elsewhere.

Great service. Price i paid for my lift with installation and alignment was much cheaper than quoted at other locations. I will be going back to get my Jeep lifted soon.

Didnt call to tell me my order didnt come in so call them 2 days in a row said it would be there the next day and the next day still nothing. Thank God Amazon actually delivers what I ordered.

I brought my truck in and had it looked at to find out it was needing pretty much a full front end replacement. For the brand of parts used as well as the time and labor, the final cost was very reasonable. My truck now drives like a dream. Darryl and the team went above and beyond. We recently purchased tires for our 2014 f350 dually platinum. Once they came in, we found out that new spacers and lug nuts were needed, and the only place we could get those from, same day, was Custom. We reached out to Custom, who went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed despite it being very late in the day.Yet, after getting the spacers & lugs, the company who was to install the tires informed us that they couldn’t do the work, so we went back to Custom! They quickly got us in to put the tires on.They have excellent customer service and perform quality work. We’d highly recommend them. Thank you Custom!We’re back to leave another recommendation! Although we are very pleased with the new tires which were recently put on the truck, the ride was still not as smooth as it should have been. We decided to bite the bullet and buy new wheels before driving back to Texas. This is easier said than done- at least when it comes to finding wheels to fit a 2014 F350 Dually Platinum!Like our previous experience, their customer service rocks! Madison made multiple calls to distributors, trying to find out our options, and patiently answered our questions. Plus, they beat a local competitor’s price for the same wheel, and had the wheels delivered within 3 -4 days instead of 7-10. Another thing we really appreciated was that we never had to call Custom to check the status of the wheel order- they called us, and the calls were always by the time they said they would call, or earlier. The same held true for the day the wheels were installed- we were informed and kept in the loop the entire time.The wheels look great, and the truck drives like a dream! They took the time to do things right, they also noticed another item I had installed that was failing and repaired it for free...dont see that every day. Very impressed and decided to use them for another item I need installed soon.

They lifted the truck 3.5 inches, added bigger tires, tainted the windows, and the best part was the two tone leather seats. They did a great job on everything.

Do not go there for your interlock device. I had repeated problems with my device and the components. After repeatedly trying to get them to fix it, one of the employees told me theres nothing else I can do I took my vehicle to a different place (interlock express in franklin) and within an hour he had my vehicle fixed. Sometimes I waited several hours for my monthly calibration. At interlock express, it takes 15 minutes. I would drive 3 hrs away just to go to any other place that offers interlock services. Dont waste your time

Darryl has done several jobs for me and has always done a great job at a good price. I just had him install a 6 lift and new 20 rims on my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4-wheel drive truck. His guys did a great job and I love how she rides now.

If i could leave no stars I would. I had an appointment at 8:00 AM, I had another appointment at 11:30. I was told the service would only take 1 to 1 and a half hours. Even after the appointment had run over 2 hours - I asked to use the bathroom. I was told to cross the street to another business that would be able to help. The staff was EXTREMELY unhelpful, and took care of others even though I was there before them. For years Ive heard terrible reviews about Custom - I thought maybe over the years they had gotten it together. I could not have been more wrong. Steer clear of this place. Especially if you value your time. Absolutely unbelievable.

I purchased a set of replacement LED headlights for my 2016 F150 to replace a burned out bulb that was originally installed by Custom Window Tint. They sold me a style that would not properly work in my truck. They supposedly have a no return policy on electronic items. Well exchange it for what you originally put in. I was told they don’t have those particular kind anymore. So basically they will steal your money from you. Shop around. You may have to drive a little bit further but you will get a better deal & free installation if you want to drive to Hunter’s Custom Automotive in Nashville.

If your made a HUGE mistake like myself and got a DUI DO NOT GO HERE to get your smart start. I went in to get my device recalibrated and first of all they are as RUDE as they come. I went in to get my device recalibrated and they switched it out cause they couldnt get it to work (in 6 month I NEVER had a problem with it). From that point on I had consistently had issues with my car starting. I had my car towed in just to tell me it was fine and my car was messed up. I had it towed again from there to a mechanic just to find out my car ok. So I again had it towed from there to the smart start in Franklin. Within 5 min they found out that the ground wire was messed up and they used the wrong wire on another wire after the swap. My car now works great after 3 weeks of Franklin fixing it. I will never use this rude poor management team again they cost me over $200 in tow fees and another $125 in diagnostics fees cause I drive a Mercedes.

Sadly, my experience with this company was beyond terrible. I took an old car in to be re-tinted as the old tint had bubbled up and was difficult to see through. My car was done in about a day and the glass looked great. When I had gotten it back home I had realized that the back window defroster no longer worked because they used a razor blade to get off the old tint and cut the thermal strips on the glass. Along with that they broke BOTH levers that allow you to bring the back seat down to access the trunk. They tried to cover it up by cleaning up the plastic pieces from the breaks. I called them up and they said that Id have to contact the owner of the company because he deals with issues and that it was very hard to get a hold of him and he was rarely in the office. They didnt even apologize or sound sympathetic. If I could rate this place with a BLACK star I would.While I was in their shop I saw they were selling the same model car stereo that I bought on Amazon a few months earlier for twice the cost of what it was on Amazon.In short, Terribly overpriced, insensitive, selfish & deceitful. I havent called them back to try hunting down the owner as I dont have time to deal with what I know will be a long drawn out process. Which is what Im sure is exactly what they want. So if shopping for a tint place, youd be better off doing it yourself. And buy your accessories online.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had my windows tinted, and I returned within 24 hours because I was not satisfied with the job done. I was told we want to make this right, so Ill work with you and only charge you this to make it right. Im sorry but you dont charge an already paying customer to make something right. You did not meet customers standards, so do it right at no charge (within reason). Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? Go elsewhere if you want quality customer service. And you know this place is bad when the only positive reviews are from people who work/own the place.

Tried them a couple times. Tried to find parts to use on company owned trucks that were for sale. Not friendly at all. Acted like it was an inconvenience or we were bothering them. Not helpful. Could not find what we needed. Ended up finding it at one of the local parts stores after all. Wont deal with them, every again.

If I could give a zero I would, I brought in two trucks and they jacked up the tent. When I called the young man that always picks up the phone he told me they could not help me out side of their hours. I got this done when I was in between jobs and was not able to take off from my new job to have them correct their mistakes. I then dispute this with my credit card and they countered dispute the payment. In short they got to keep my money. Customer service...puphitttt!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. i called and got a price over the phone for tinting my car windows. The price seemed reasonable so i brought it in. they charged me more once I was there. The tint job was good but they BROKE my rear defrost and left a mess all over the back of the car. When we called to address it they pretty much said too bad. Will NOT recommend this place.

Buyers BEWARE!!! Poor Customer Service!Both my husband and I were in the store when talking with the OWNER, he specifically said he would make sure the tires dont rub and if our son was unhappy with the tires he would switch them out with a different tire.Tires and lift installed, he was told after 100miles to tighten the lug nuts...HOWEVER!FIRST! The tires rub, he questioned them and even went by to see the owner, the owner wouldnt talk with him. And denied saying he would rectify any problems.SECOND! He sends the truck off with no tools (special bit to remove hub cap) or special lug nut to remove or tighten them with ( needs a special size socket to get in on the rim) Even if you have to pay for it it should have been offered or told about.This business owners only concern is to sell you on there services and after you pay your forgotten, unbelievably bad customer

Drove one hour to this location to get my vehicle serviced after I had already called to make sure it could be done I showed up and waited for 45 minutes just for the owner to close the garage door and tell me they couldn’t do it anymore no explanation whatsoever will never be coming back

I have had 3 vechiles in Customs to have the windows tinted. They did a great job and stand behind their work.

Great price for window tinting, fast service and friendly but need to serve coffee or something for customers and have a fringing bathroom.

I had a 2in leveling kit installed and bought used Micky Thompson bullet hole wheels with some nitto tires. And loved the service. I later had a 6in rough country suspension lift installed and ordered some XD series wheels with nitto tires. And had running boards, brush guard, and a winch installed. The only complaint I have is I was told my tires would not rub at all but they do a little if I turn to sharp. No big deal, will probably get a 2in body lift to get the bumper off of my tires a little more. And I wish they would had called before cutting a hole into my bumper for the winch. I would have said that it was fine to do, but I still would like to had known before hand. When it comes to lift kits, I highly recommend. But I have heard a lot of bad things about their window tinting. I had mine done at tint on wheels and love it.

This trailer trash sprayed bedliner on the exterior surface of my brand new Denali truck. Then refused to pay for the repairs. I wouldnt piss on him if he was on fire. Avoid this dump like the plague!

Used to be able to call and ask for DJ and he would pick right up.Now you are ask to leave a message and a number and he will call you back.I do need a set of wheels and numerous parts for my stereo,give me a call if you can.
