I’d be weary to live here if I were you.The facilities are less than up-to-standard. I was told when I moved in (aug 2019) that the lowest unit would be converted to a communal laundry room - never happened.For the most part, The Mitchell’s have been kind to me. I’ve paid my rent 6 months in advance for the over a year and a half that I’ve lived here & I have been a clean and respectful tenant.I am really frustrated with the Mitchell’s because currently our driveway hasn’t been plowed of snow in a day. I’ve been stuck at the apartment because my car can’t get up the driveway. I sent an email asking for them to be more diligent about plowing the driveway. The emails I received as a response were unprofessional and rude. “No point in plowing while it snows” was a part of the response. So for those of us who need to go places, we should just tell our bosses that we cannot leave our apartments because there’s “no point in plowing while it snows”? I’m so frustrated with living here and honestly can’t believe I renewed my lease last year.Also - things constantly break and fall apart here because everything is so old and unkept. I would advise you stay away!On a positive note - they finally replaced the carpet in my apartment that was over 20 years old (confirmed by the carpet installer) after me waiting 3 months to have it done. Oh and parking behind the unit is free.The best thing about this place is the fact that they don’t burst into your apartment for anything - at least there is privacy.

Dont have an online website set up for bill pay, refused to pay amen bill that was mistakenly left in my name after moving out. I am not dealing with credit issues due to there refusal to pay for their gas. Sent multiple email concerning the matter with no reply!!! Never received a notice about with I was getting my deposit back either?

They seem like nice people until its time to give you your deposit back. Take a LOT of photos and document EVERYTHING if you rent from these people.
