I grew up here in lot 210 from kindergarten- 8th grade. This was my home and what I remember from my childhood. We use to play on the old playground equipment and play through the creek and find crawdads.

As the management we take pride in the fact this park is occupied with owner/occupied homes only. Pride in ownership makes for a clean quiet community.

I lived here throughout college and my first year of marriage. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for individuals or families.

Great place to live! Landlords are great, reasonable rent prices, and overall very clean. Glad I moved here when we first came to Columbia!

The management is no good in my personal opinion as you enter the mobile home park they have a bunch of rules listed. The rules are sensible, whats not sensible is the management who only apply theyre rules on an individual basis and not to all whom live there

Neighborhood is trashed and looks horribly maintained compared to what it used to be back in 2000s I lived there when it was maintained kid friendly etc. Sad its gone down hill
