They recently contributed both funds and people power to the Irish Festival at Howard Community College--a REAL ASSET to the community--do not let a couple of sour pus people, sour you an a great group of agents and human beings!

Rose Ella Pich, of Long and Foster- Columbia MD, helped us find our home and went through the long process with us. She was always reliable and available with vast knowledgeable information. She always kept in touch with us and communicated her opinions on things we were unsure of. She went above and beyond her duties, like making it out to meetings when it wasn’t always necessary. I’ve used two realtors with this location over the years and cannot say how thankful I am! First, I used Gina Gulliford in 2011 to buy my first home! She was amazing and helpful with all of her knowledge of buying and what to look for. The countless hours she dedicated to looking at so many homes was a gift!Most recently, we used Laleh Alemzadah to sell our home last year, and she was excellent! Within a month of our house being listed, we received a full price offer, and sold quickly. We soon had picked a new home, and settled once it finished being built. Laleh was so helpful and checked in with us in between the purchase and settlement date (which was about 9 months apart), and was excellent with asking the right questions. She was so sweet with my children, and I had even passed her onto another friend, and she helped them sell their house too! She’s been a gift!

WARNING!!!The worst experience of my life. The sale manager there is training the agents to work as dealers to bring in more commission. The customer service is very poor. They are deceitful and it is basically a fraud show.Stay away from this office, or they will waste your money and time.When I found out about their game and I confronted the dealer, the lady boss manager, Sizi who is an evil contacted me, shouting at me and threatened me to sue me if I do not go ahead with the deal. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not try to find out about my problem or try to smooth things out, instead she was a total B, cursed at me and threatened me. It was unbelievable.I get better customer service buying a gum at 711. They lost a life time customer and I will never let any of my family members or my friends do any deals with them. They are deceitful and rude.Do yourself a favor and stay away from that office.

Owners BEWARE! Dont waste your time and money with Long & Foster Property Management located in Columbia, MD. Our review is similar to what youll read on Yelp listings related to LNF Property Management, and that is - poor customer service, negligent in property condition oversight, negligent in proper move-out inspections, and having zero professional integrity with taking accountability for doing their job, as required through the Landlord Responsibilities section(s) stipulated in standard LNF lease agreements. We hired L&F because our real estate agents were also LNF and provided superb customer service, therefore, there was some level of expected performance consistency. We were WRONG to assume and lessons learned. The property management division simply cares about the financial benefits of being a property management company and puts very little effort in working with property owners.This office has no interest with acting on behalf of property owners and allowed the tenants to vacate without any level of financial responsibility to the damages incurred to the property! POOR and DISHONEST MANAGEMENT, DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I could give them a negative score but unfortunately, one star seems to be the lowest.
