I rented with this company for 2 years and never had any problems. My roommate and I had a great property near 5 points, loved our maintenance guy, and the two ladies who worked the desk were always very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Any repairs we needed done were always addressed quickly and conveniently. Would definitely recommend renting or buying from this company!

Renter beware!! Took multiple application fees when property was already spoken for and refused to return non used funds! Bad business model for students.

I worked tirelessly to get my daughters security deposit back cleaning carpets, walls and floors. Lane Ligon nit picked returning only $200 of $700. I feel like he was dishonest and unfair. He sent an invoice stating the $500 difference was for painting, then messaged me saying it was for a new refrigerator. We left things much better than we ever found them on Woodlawn. Things were asked to be repaired but were ignored continually. This company took 3 months to repair a leaky pipe.

These guys really take care of you and their properties. When something breaks or needs attention, they usually are right on top of it with no hassle or grief. Im looking into renting from these guys again with my second place because Ive had such a great experience with them.
