Let me first start by telling you how I found Brian about a year ago I was looking for a realtor to sell my mother-in-laws house in Crenshaw County South Carolina I had no idea where to start and who to look for I got Brians information from a website I dont remember which one but his information was generated to me I do not live in South Carolina me and my wife lives in New Jersey so you can imagine how tricky this was it was our first time selling a house so we had no idea what were getting into we met Brian and a couple of a Realtors from the area. Right off the bat I was very comfortable with him he was very knowledgeable about the area and seemed to check all the boxes me and my wife were looking for being that this was a long-distance transaction me and my wife were very nervous but Brian helped us every step of the way in fact it was almost a year before we decided to place the house on the market Brian waited patiently answering all my questions and all my emails before we even decided to use him I thought after a year of waiting he would have no interest whatsoever but to my surprise he was 100% on board and as helpful as the first day I met him he always gave me his honest opinion about everything I ever asked in reference to selling the house pricing of the house the area and just about anything else I can think of so again I met him in the summer of 2018 the house went on the market in the summer of 2019 Brian help me with the strong points of the house and the weak points of the house I came up with a figure that Brian honored and thats what we list the house for after several showings we got an offer not quite what me and my wife wanted so we declined Brian stuck with us gave me more great advice of which we agreed upon and after following Brian wonderful advice we got an offer on the house. My wife and I feel we owe Brian much more than any commission could cover and we fully intend to pay him back when we permanently move down to our new beautiful property. My husband and I wanted to buy a home in the Blythewood area, then sell our condo in Columbia. I used Brian Hunt to sell a lot located outside of Columbia. The property was located in a neighborhood full of foreclosures with the only sales being to investors at rock bottom prices. Brian encouraged me to hold on to the lot until the market stabilized, which ended up being a couple of years. The lot recently sold for three times the amount of the offers we received when the property first went on the market. This sale was not a big money maker for Brian, but he still provided the level of service and expertise you would expect to receive on a much larger deal.
