Very good place to rent from. I lived there for 5 years. They were definitely concerned about making their Tenant feel comfortable. They fix things on time and made sure you were satisfied with what ever was going on. When I moved had some mail problems they even contacted me about that very family oriented people

As an property owner. Travis and Tina were always straight forward. Kept our units occupied with quality tenants. Vacancy times always very short usually just a couple days. Fund transfers that you could set your watch to.Tenant relations between parties were handled in the most professional manner, and the dreaded administrative work associated was always flawless. 5 stars for sure.

Duck River Realty managed my duplex in Columbia, TN for 14 years and did a fantastic job. They were very proactive, attentive and responsive to my concerns.

They dont try and find reasons to keep your deposit. They are fair and honest.As a property manager, they were very responsive to needs and maintenance issues.If the need ever arose, I would go through them first!I highly recommend them to anyone!

Rented from Duck River under a 1 year lease! Very nice people, Tina is so sweet and responds quickly to any questions or concerns!!!! Once we moved they were quick to inspect the home and return our deposit! If I ever have to rent again I would definitely use Duck River!!!!

My experience with Duck River Realty in Columbia TN was EXCELLENT! I lived in a rental 2 bedroom with 1 1/2 bathroom/utility room. I found the staff and maintenance very exceptional and caring. They cared like they were family and anytime I had a concern or needed repairs it was immediately handled and done with expertise and quality.

I rented a 2 bedroom duplex through Duck River Realty for almost three years. The only reason I moved was because of my job taking me out of state. During my stay any issues, which may have arose, were addressed immediately. Travis and his staff are very professional and friendly. If ever I find myself moving back to the area I will be sure to call upon them to see if they have any rentals.I highly recommend Duck River Realty.

They are genuinely kind, and WONDERFUL to rent from. Mrs. Tina will walk you through any problem you have, and always has a smile on her face! And Travis is an honest man, and will do a walkthrough with you. I would highly recommend them!

Great group of people to work with, we are a construction company and sometime we get stereo-typed that we will not keep the place clean and undamaged but they worked with us. Highly recommended!!!

I think the site is a good idea but who ever is in charge needs to learn how to spell correctly. Pretty sure Its supposed to be Duck River Realty, not Dock River Realty.

The secretary was very helpful, BUT we went to look at and possibly lease a house the owner of the company was very disrespectful. Very judgmental and god forbid you say roomate no different than having a girlfriend no garuntees in life. payments changed saying roomate not impressed.

Been helping work on a house on Hampton Drive in Columbia and between the contractor and Duck River realtor we have not gotten a paycheck for over a month and have worked and exceeded everything theyve asked of us so I would like to know just how they run a business when theyre cheating people out of money
