It was the first time I went to a drive thru oil change place. It was great. I loved not needing to leave my car. They were fast and never tried to up sale me on anything I didnt need. The staff was friendly and polite, but didnt waste any time. It was a get in get out experience with a smile.

I appreciated the extremely professional and high energy environment. The employees worked like a winning team and had things running like clockwork. Ive been to several of the Lube Centers stores, but this is my new favorite one. I live closer to the Laurel location but its worth the short drive to Columbia as long as they keep up the great service.I do miss the Pre-covid drinks they used to offer...

Really quality customer service from all the employees. The wait was a little bit long but similar to other drive-through, stay-in-your-car oil change providers in the area. Prices are reasonable.

I always get my oil changed here. They are always incredibly professional, fast, and have fair prices. They provide me with a note of any work they suggest I have done to my car at the end of each visit and top off all my fluids.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. They did a thorough check of my vehicle and didnt recommend any unnecessary repairs. Its so convenient being able to stay inside your car while they change the oil. Prices are reasonable as well.

Quick, friendly, and competitive prices. I recommend this place.My favorite part is the employees. Yes, theyll try to sell add-ons, as does every other oil change place, so be prepared for that. However, I have gone here plenty of times and was told everything else looks fine, so they arent making things up. Each suggestion comes with proof as well.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Came out missing a lug nut and others so loose I could unscrew them by hand. Also woke up to a puddle of oil under the car 2 days latter. Will not ever be returning to this business.

This place is awesome! The manager and all the staff are super nice. They do exactly what you need to a high standard. The set up is efficient and they make it comfortable for customers. I went last weekend and service was terrific. I see why my family likes it, and I will start bringing my car here often as well.

I cant remember the last time I was impressed by an oil change of all things, but they managed to do just that. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the crew was friendly and straight forward. They even let you watch them work or let you sit in your car while they work, its like getting a carwash but with an oil change instead. Speaking of car washes you get some sweet deals for sticking with them. Its hard to spot but well worth finding.

Wow, Ive been going here because of the good reviews this place has, and I can see theyre totally justified.I pulled up for a tire rotation, and before I even get in, one of the employees comes out to help me. He looks over the tires, and suggests that since I already have the best tread in the back of the car, I dont need a rotation.Im surprised that he offered advice that is counterintuitive to how other places run, places that want you to get more done so they make more money, regardless of what work is done. Thank you!

THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. DONT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.Came to get an oil change for my girlfriends car. While there they told me the rear brakes needed changing and offered to do it for $600 (oil change included) Well that is too expensive so I told them to just do the oil and Ill change the brakes myself. Upon going to change the brakes... lo and behold, they had plenty of traction on them. Now since it wasnt my car we took it in for a second opinion to be on the safe side, and that mechanic said they still had 10,000 miles left on them before a change needed to be made. These people will try to scam you. Dont give them the business. Changing the brakes is a 45min job if you know what you are doing. No way it should have cost 500-600. Oh yeah... last, but not least they finished changing the oil and didnt tell me so I was in the waiting room for over an hour for just an oil change.

This is truly the best place to get an oil change. The service is impeccable friendly and helpful. An employee noticed I also required a coolant flush and explained exactly why to me, without pressuring me to have the service done. Not having to leave the comfort of my vehicle is just a wonderful plus! I will not go anywhere else for maintenance work!!!

My experience here has dwindled to say the least. Most of the staff here are polite and friendly but there’s some staff that need to learn some manners. Every time I go there I get lectured. Every time. I understand this is how these technicians make money, but they’re almost aggressive when they lecture me. I’ve also noticed they mutter things under their breath when I’m in the car and I was even told today that I wasn’t paying attention.

As a loyal customer of 10 years, my last oil change at the Lube Center was in November 2014. The final straw was when my truck were leaking a large amount of oil due to not tightened up oil filter after an oil change. They claimed it was a defective oil filter which I was able to turn the filter by hand (loose). Were they trying to insult my intelligence? They then managed to redo the oil change. I am mechanical inclined and have done oil change myself for 30 years. My truck was not the same after that -- has pinging noises so I have to pour a quart of honey oil to quiet the noises. Pieces of engine metal scraps developed after the oil level was nearly empty. I contacted their corporate office but got a lacking response in return. And they nearly refused to honor my loyalty reward for a free oil change which was in November 2014. That was enough to rile me up. Their quality of service have gone downhill from there.

My service technician (I think his name was Jared) was super friendly and courteous. I came in with a low oil issue from a previous change and he was super helpful in getting my car back in top shape. The car service I received was excellent.

I like this place. I have come a few times for oil changes and they are polite and friendly. I came one time and was not due for an oil change and they told me so and checked my tires and fluids anyway with no charge. I did wish I knew about the coupon but can prepare for next time. I also liked that they addressed me as Ms Natalie. And I like that I can stay in my car. So much better than going to Sears where I used to go or Jiffy lube!

The ability to make a random stop and get my oil change is why I prefer drive-thru oil change shops over making an appt at the dealer. Ive had good and bad experiences at several different franchises but The Lube Center is by far my favorite drive-thru oil change spot. My technician, Michael was extremely thorough. He pulled my vehicle Carfax to review previous service history. Printed it out and went over with me what was done and what I needed to get done. Highly recommend the staff at Columbia Lube Center for your car servicing needs!

Ive gone here twice so far-once for an oil change, and more recently to get my transmission fluid change. Both times they did a great job and were professional yet friendly and even gave me a military discount on my last visit without me having to ask for it. The mechanics are pretty attractive as well-cant wait til I need another oil change.

Great concept! You drive thru, sit in your car while they change your oil and you can watch what they do on a monitor right outside your drivers window! Love it! Quick and easy!

Great experience. Staff was involved in everything, Manager and Assistant Manager are out there working on cars, coaching and teaching too. Offer you water while you wait, good advice and recommendations on other servicing that might be needed.

Stefan very professional made suggestions and carefully explained why he made the suggestions and how it would benefit me and my vehicle made me feel at ease asking my questions and took his time and answered every single one. The tech. under my car vey meticulous and careful yet ever so polite. Cahier John explaining charges before and after work done nice touch.. And the manager Roy was out and accessible for both staff and customers. To top it off the offered a cool refreshing bottle of water while I was waiting in my car. A+ .. I have been coming here for years to get oil changes done on our cars. Yesterday I managed to make a bone brain mistake of leaving my debit card there. I got a call/voicemail from Dave about my card, he was nice enough to leave his cell # and answer my call (when he was not working) to arrange for me to pick it up the next day. This incident alone says alot about the honesty of the guys here. Never had any issues with service here either. Would recommend to anybody.

Beware!!! I went there to get my right front blinker light replaced, to also include a new air filter. The tech spent about 10 minutes attempting to change my front blinker light afterwards informing me that the light can not be replaced because it needs a special tool, my car will need to be taken to the dealership where they have to right tools to replace the light.Annoyed, and suspicious of what the tech suggested I brought my car to the Gambrills MD Lube Center and the tech was quickly able to replace my front blinker light within 10 minutes and no special tools from the dealership were needed!! How was the tech at Gambrills able to do it but the tech in Columbia couldnt.?!?!? The tech in Columbia said he needed a special tool that only the dealership had....The Columbia Md Lube Center needs better qualified certified techs that are able service all the preventative maintenance services that are available. If the Columbia Md techs are unable to service changing a blinker light, I surely wouldnt trust them performing any other preventative maintenance services on my vehicle.

Always ask how much things cost before agreeing. My wife got hit for $45 on a cabin air filter. Generic ones under $10 and Honda genuine under $20. So 2min of time costs from $25-$35. Sometimes ou just assume you’re not getting screwed but now and days you always gotta ask to be sure I guess. Lesson learned.

On my last visit, I just had an oil chance. Less than 11k miles, the low oil light kept coming up (as well as the check engine light) on my console. Since I had used the car for short distances only, I couldnt figure out why the oil was at 10%. I also discovered that I had an oil leak.I took the car to Merchants so they could run a diagnostic test on it. They found that at my last oil change, the technician from The Lube Center used a plastic oil can gasket instead of the correct one. This gasket ridges were stripped, and the oil pan was damaged, causing all of my oil to drain out of the oil pan.. This cost me $800 to get the new parts and have them installed so that my car would run correctly.Needless to say, our family will NEVER again take a car to The Lube Center. I will also be contacting the owners of The Lube Center to get reimbursed for the $800 damage caused to my car.

Always get great service at this specific location. Just an fyi, you dont need to get any flushing services done here. Its just for them to make commission and your car doesnt really need one untill your about 100,000miles in.

Ive been there one time before with little to no issues, but something was totally off today. The people here have major attitude problems. Learn some manners. Muttering sarcastic things under your breath about customers (while the customer is in earshot) is no way to do business. I ended up leaving.

Do not take your car to this place, you would be better off driving to Jiffy Lube across the street!!!I went in for a fluid top off and the confused tech over filled my tires and broke the tire pressure monitoring system on my car. I also witness another check doing oil changes with out replacing the filters, instead he was rinsing them off. I attempted to resolve this issue with the managers and the shift manager Rico and they refuse to reimburse me for the damage done to my vehicle. I was told that his accepts responsibility for his tech not following directions but not for damaging my car. Which makes no sense cause if he was following directions my vehicle would have never been damaged. Trust me stay away!!!!

You are better off taking your car to a jiffy lube. Oil changes are more expensive (atleast $15+) than what you can get at dealerships. The technicians are downright obnoxious and smartasses. And they tried to reset my cars computer when the oil light came on AFTER they finished doing an oil change.

They actually asked if I was specifically looking for that company,and when I said i just needed an oil change,they said that it was cheaper next door. And when I tried to walk into the shop 2 doors down,they directed me to the one theyd actually meant. The store I went to was cheaper, but it also was kind of grosser and felt a little more sketchy. Not a great business plan for the lube center, probably, but it did increase my trust of them for future interactions.

$81 for an oil change and air filter. Ridiculous!!! They also forgot to reset the oil change alert. Will never return here for service. Would give negative stars if possible.

Really got an oil change here, went home the car was leaking oil went back they said they didn’t “rinse” the undercarriage I said fine, went back home still leaking, this problem persisted for about a week and I work on cars myself so I decided to take a look right....why didn’t they change my oil filter?
