I brought my personal and company vehicle to Redmonds after moving to the area. Redmonds does a great job communicating and locating this issues with your vehicle and has a great turn-around time. They call when parts come in and give you a time frame when your vehicle will be ready.

I paid almost 1200 to get my catalytic converter fixed ( I trusted them, I had been going there for 6 years) I was extremely disappointed with their service. Only a week after I paid for the service and received their service, my cars catalytic converter started to do the same exact thing it was doing prior to me getting it fixed. When brought to their attention they were extremely rude and uncaring. When I brought it up there to be looked at they agreed on fixing it initially. I was then called a few days later. I was told they could not look at it because they could not test drive it due to a bad tire ( their tow truck driver messed up the tire by the way). Needless to say I never got it fixed or at least looked at by them after paying almost 1200. I wouldn’t recommend service with these people. They are not the same honest mechanics who used to run this shop. I don’t who these people are but I was belittled and highly offended. They can go to hell.

Love this place. They do great work at very reasonable prices (considering especially theyre in downtown Columbia). They dont try to sell you on stuff you dont need--just straight to the point and wont charge you an arm and a leg. Cant ask for much more than that. Theyre also very professional and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

I had an issue while driving by their shop. They read my code and we found a loose hose l had to hook back up. They did not work on my vehicle but if I do need help again I will try them. Treated me very well.

The owners are great and honest people. They may not be the cheapest in town because they make sure that you are getting certified, quality parts that they stand by. They will tell you what you need and wont just fix stuff without talking to you. They will tell you what they find and talk to you about alternatives. The bill will always be what they tell you up front. Dont you hate those mechanics that tell you one thing and then do something else without telling you and then give you a heart attack with the bill. That has happened to me before, but never here! It is such a blessing to have a great mechanic that you can trust and that does a great job and stands by their work. Wonderful people to work with. I dont go anywhere else anymore. Love love love them!! It is worth paying a little bit more for them!

I can’t recommend Redmond’s Auto highly enough. I first started going to them after getting referred there from my father-in-law, Mark, who has been a Redmond’s customer for a while. The folks here always treat me very well, and Mike, in particular, is extremely helpful and very good with any vehicle issues I ever ask him about. They have done a lot of work on my Honda Civic and my wife’s CR-V, and any work they’ve done has always been bulletproof. They stand by their work, are honest and hardworking, and will continue to be my go-to auto shop here in Columbia. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff. Work was completed in a reasonable time. When I picked my truck up after they completed the work, they explained what was wrong and what they did to repair the problem and what parts they had to replace. The price to repair was very reasonable. I have used this company in the past and will keep using them for my vehicles’ repairs.

Fantastic Quality Work

This place is alright I guess if you enjoy them doing more damage to your car than good. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and upon return of my car my key fob no longer worked and the cylinder you put the key in also was broken meaning that I could not get into my car. They broke into it for me then told me it was my problem now “just don’t lock it”. To get all this fixed so I could lock my car again cost me $600 plus.

This shop was recommended for my college student to use, should she have any auto issues (from another parent of a college student also living away from home). I can tell you I am glad they shared the info. My daughters car was periodically having trouble starting. Before it progressed, she took her Honda there. The mechanic AND owner were so thorough. They kept in contact with my daughter as they were checking out each possibility. They also did a road test, which led them to discovering another steering issue that she had not noticed. They didnt give up until they found the problem with the starting and were able to fix everything quickly. My daughter says her car rides so smoothly now and starts up with lightening speed. This is a place you can trust your vehicle with and we are using them for any other car repairs. Thanks Redmonds!

I had a great experience here. I am new to Columbia and I have a 99 Land Rover Discovery and it was running hot. I was able to get the vehicle to them and Jerry was awesome enough to give me a ride back to work. They turned the work around quickly and the bill wasnt bad. I will definitely use them moving forward. I recommend them to anyone.

Ive been going to Redmonds for four years now. Theyre the only ones I bring my car to in the area. Service is always reasonably priced and quick. Jerry and Paula are great people and will help you as best as they can every time.

Very bad service and unprofessional. Had ac work done over 1300 dollars still not working properly. Took it back for the 3rd time and they are telling me i need a blower motor. For 1300 the blower should have been fixed or replaced. Please dont take your car here please please please. These are not the same guys that use to run this shop .

Do not take your Car here! The controller that makes my heat and AC blow air went out so they replaced it. Five hundred fifty dollars later one vent blowes cold air the other warm air not hot warm. So I take it back to them they tell me the vent doors may be broken it will be another five hundred dollers to check the vent doors. And also my AC is not cooling. This was working fine before I took it to them.
