The current position Im in is through Apple One. Apple One doesnt care about the employee, they only care about the money they will collect from the employer. They dont care who they match you with. Its all about the money. They placed me with a horrible individual that is both verbally and emotionally abusive. When I contacted Apple One for help in finding another job, they told me that they couldnt because the employer had gone through them to find me. Again, they are only in it for the money - they dont care who they stick you with. BEWARE!!! Find a job on your own!

The communication is terrible, no one answers phone calls or responds to emails. They take your information and go ghost. Not professional, and not responsive. Youre better off just finding work on your own!

They do not respond well. My expertise is with Document Scanning for various years with different printing companies. Apple One have been posting for that time work since 2020 like they dont even notice my resume or applying. I would not recommend them.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. It’s so hard to get someone on the phone. I didn’t receive pay for one week and was ensured someone would call me back and never got in touch with someone. Abigail Armstrong is the worse person to work with. She never answers or emails back. The office acts like they deliver your messages but that has to be a lie. I am furious and I plan to visit their office since I can’t get anyone on the phone. If you won’t answer the phone surely you will answer me face to face.

Great place, I worked with Marycruz and she was so helpful and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Any questions I had, everyone from the office was more than happy to help me if she was not available. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job.

I have worked with AppleOne since last year, and they have done a PHENOMENAL job. I worked with two different recruiters, the most recent one being Kevann Moritz. She was AMAZING! Always pleasant to work with, talk to, and she stayed on top of everything. I never worried that she was not looking for positions for me. In addition to AppleOne, I have been in contact with 3 different temp agencies, and those agencies NEVER kept in touch with me. Even after I would try to contact them. AppleOne is by far the best agency to work with, even if your recruiter is not in the office when you call, everyone is always nice and helpful, and that goes a long way when you are job hunting, and it may not be going well.

Kevann Moritz is such a great recruiter. She has worked so hard and doing all in her power to find me a job that fits my profile. I really appreciate her. She is professional, sincere, kind and very helpful. It is very hard to find recruiters like you so I thought I would share this experience with everyone. Thank you for all of your help!

A WASTE OF TIME! A group of us went to this place after setting up an appointment for today. Prior to this appointment setting, I talked with a recruiter, (dont remember who I talked with), while on this phone call, she reviewed my resume and asked which job I was applying and I told her. When I stated the job position, she stated okay, great! What day and time do you have in mind? So long story short, my appointment was at 1pm, I was there at 12:45. Once the receptionist asked for my name and then looked at my resume, she stated that the jobs were very strict and I dont think it would be a good idea to stay... So why make me come all the way up here and then tell me this? I was so upset due to the fact, I had to pay for unnessary child care and gas! I will NEVER be to this place. Please ask more questions about the job positions before setting up an appointment!

After seeing these reviews I am skeptical as I was interviewed last week and Ive called the recruiter and emailed with no response from her. I say to all file a complaint with the State of SC. I wish there was a way to give no stars. You dont play with people livelihood and time. Wheres the integrity of the company and recruiters. Report, Report, Report!!!

Stay away from this company! Specifically, stay away from the recruiter Leigh Mabie. She will act as if she is going to help you, then completely disappear! I came in for an interview in January and only recieved one (maybe 2) emails from her. She has not responded to my emails and has been ignoring me. I would just completely avoid this place, they do not care if you find a job or not!

I could never seem to get my agent on the phone, and the job was nothing like what I thought it would be. Which was fine until I learned that there was no room for advancement, but AppleOne had apparently never visited my job site. We (the 4 new hires) were given chair which cut the circulation off in our legs. We had to push for 4 weeks just to get staplers to do our jobs properly. We were told that our opinions didnt matter. AppleOne barely made an effort to remedy the situation.

Worst temp agency I have had the unsatisfying pleasure of working with -- next to that of Spherion. The agent reached out to me and would only report back to me Tech Support positions which isnt and wasnt a problem until they sent me to an interview completely unprepared. I had no idea of the job description or anything. On top of that it was TEMP only. They knew of my expectations and what I wanted. I emailed the agent with whom I had been working with for several months and she never reached back. They line you up for positions that you are in now and dont even bother to acknowledge all of your skill set, even if it is entry level. Complete waste of time. Go anywhere else but here.

HORRIBLE. Worst Staffing agency Ive ever seen. Youre just a number to this company. For the first month they will stay in contact with you, then completely forget about you all together. When and if they do find an interview for you, chances are you either dont have enough expierence or not enough qualifications; which goes to show how much thought is put into finding the right fit for you. Furthermore, the level of customer service that this company provides is nonexistent. You can never get in touch with the agent youre working with, want to try and send an email instead? Forget that, because even though its one of the easiest and most convienant ways of communication, its like pulling teeth to get a response. In conclusion, if youre looking for a staffing agency that genuinely cares, doesnt treat you like a number, and while at the same time providing impeccable customer service? Then STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Never help they always tell you the opposite they tell you they dont have anything available when there website says other wise. If in need of a job look else where because they dont help find employment they give you the run around almost like they dont want to get the chance to know you. I guess you have to walk in to get help verses filling out online application. Waste of time

Not a pleasant experience - I will not give any names but the whole process was frustrating! Save your time, money and energy and go through another recruiting company! I traveled about 50 minutes multiple times going to this company and still no results!

Honestly, with everything that Im going through right now I was really hoping these people could help me. My only source of employment right now is a PRN/As needed position and Im barely making it. In fact Im NOT making it at all financially. They reached out to me and told me that Well, we dont have any lab positions available right now so we will call you back, and tried to politely end the call. I asked well do you guys have anything in administration or in an office setting because thats what I do now as I work at *company name* PRN/as needed and since I cant seem to find a job that relates to my degree Ill take whatever I can get. She said We only have positions opened for experienced office workers. and also since you said you work for *insert comany* we cant help staff you because its a conflict of interest. Even with me only being PRN and only working there like 3 days a week they still wouldnt help me. Before she was ready to end the 1st time around she didnt even try to see if I had any other skills or valuable experience that would help staff me. This was my 1st experience with a staffing agency and I am thoroughly disappointed. The agent however was really polite and professional. Im not sure how it all works so Im not sure if their protocol is to move on once there are no job choices in the chosen field but that was my only complaint is that they didnt even really try after Oh we dont have any lab work. Other than that she was really polite and professional.
