At the beginning it was kind of problematic just because of the lack of communication and it was hard to get in touch with the company and some would say one thing and then some would say another thing. However, I have not had any problems from this property at all. Now, the communication is better. Mr. Todd is very helpful and responds pretty fast. Some in the office do not deliver messages, so that is still displeasing however, the service is better and the units are nice.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with the Covington Property Management team on several occasions. Their prompt, customer centric approach is second to none. I not only have used them on multiple occasions, several of my friends and colleagues have as well, and we all have had a first class experience! I also have always appreciated their response and timely action on any questions or concerns I have encountered. Thank you Covington team for all you do!

God forbid if anything breaks. Took them 3 months to fix my a/c unit last summer. My dishwasher and microwave have been broken over 6 months. My hot water heater is leaking and it still hasnt been fixed either. Fed up with paying as much as we are for a house where everything is broken.

These people STOLE my money, I applied for an apartment and called multiple times where multiple people told me something was wrong with my application and they would call me back when they found out why it hasnt gone through. This was in May and I still havent heard from these people in months. Give me my money back because obviously you did not process anything. Zero stars, never will I ever again.

Ray Covington Property Management was my property managers. During their time as property managers they were excellent. When I decided put my property up for sell I wanted to use them since they did such a wonderful job. They did an OUTSTANDING job as my realtors. Trey made the process so easy and he treated my house as if it were his own. He kept me posted during every single step. I have sold several houses in the past and had several realtors represent me.....no disrespect to the prior ones but Trey is on a whole different level. In a word, AWESOME! If you are in the market to sell and need a real estate agent you cant go wrong with Ray Covington Property Management.

They are managing my rental property. However every month a new accounting issue crops up. What the ledger shows and what’s being deposited is not the same. This month there was a “glitch” and only half of my rental money was deposited into my account. I’m considering requesting a fraud investigation. I absolutely do not think they are worth the fees they charge.And to add some sprinkles when I told them I was going to leave a poor review of them as a business I was told well if you want to do people like that then that’s your choice. If you expect a job done right, then this is probably not the business to contract with.I’m going to consult an attorney to see what it will take to cancel this contract. They’ve been managing it for a whopping 6 months.

If I could give negative stars to Ray Covington Property Management, I would. The worst property management company I have ever rented/ leased from. Please save yourself lots of money and time and do not ever rent from this company. If I could go back in time I would never have gotten involved with them. They should have fixed the house up before we moved in, but they decided not to and to still not do anything to help after multiple requests. The amount of stress this company has caused me, my roommates, and my family is mind blowing. Please do not work with this company, and if anyone has any questions, I would be more than willing to let you know anything you’d like as to why you should not live in their properties.

They have been managing my properties for years. They do a great job! They are responsive to any questions I have. If there was ever anything questionable in the 10 years I have been with them it was corrected immediately. I have a large investment portfolio with them and I wouldnt place my biggest investments anywhere else but this company. I feel like they take care of me and my properties.

Ray Covington does not respond to tenant requests and consistently has high turn over rates in management. They do not adhere to lease agreements such as property quarterly checks. I would not want to be an owner of a home they manage.

They care about their residents. Stacey is great.

There wasn’t a day gone by we were not constantly worrying and working through the many maintenance issues with the property manager on this small condo. Among the worst, The maintenance manager Sarah threatened to evict us if we deduct any small portion of the rent for the water leaking in the bedroom they haven’t been able to fix for over two months. But She closed our case considering the job done before the contractor even started working on it. She hired two prior contractors but they failed her. Now we are paying for her mistake and get evicted if we refuse to pay the full rent regardless.We don’t trust her will do the right thing and treat us fairly and we will not stay. This is our worst yet renting nightmare!! We’re landlords ourselves. No paying tenant deserves this treatment from his landlord.

Looking to relocate to the area and placed an application for a property through this business. It stated online 24-48 hrs normal response time but after 72, I decided to follow up. I left a message and was contacted two days later. I spoke with Todd, who seemed to be reviewing my application for the first time and after fumbling through the papers, decided to deny me. $138 down the drain... and there wasnt a valid reason for the denial. I placed an application for another property 2hrs later and was approved by that company within the 24hr period. In the end, the property owner lost out on a great tenant.

Renting from Kristy Anderson the newest Property manager has been a real nice experience. She made the process easy and we felt very welcome and comfortable. We would say ask for her when you find a home on their website.

They are the most unprofessional group of folks. Dont waste your money applying. They decline anyone they dont want to rent to and if you have multiple children you can count on being ignored.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company i have ever seen! They completely ignored a move in date issue until we were about to sign a lease and then decided to tell us. Additionally they were very hard to get in contact with or even get a response from. Save yourself five months of wasted time and DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Read the comments for your self. Both Tenat’s and landlords have horrible experiences with this company. They are so unprofessional !! Oh and they tell you to apply knowing they are going to deny to keep your application fee.

From the start, Jessica was a go getter! I had three vacant properties which she worked hard to find a great tenant for. She always kept me updated with showing and applications, and within 60 days she had leased all three of my properties. She is a great property manager, and I like the convenience of having my payments direct deposited into my account. I have no complaints whatsoever!

In the start, the company was great. She answered all of my questions and had great communication. However, after I moved out of the state and left the showing of my home solely in this companys hands, I found that quickly went down hill. My home was shown without the supervision of the realtor. This lead to some very disturbing things being done in my home. I would have never known if it wasnt for my sellers agent, who periodically checked on my home, called me about the situation. I wanted to have a face to face conversation with the realtor, but she would never respond. After starting the termination of the contract it took three days to get my keys back. Maybe this was an out of the ordinary situation, but I personally wont be using this company again.

Best property manager I have ever experienced. My property was with a different property management company and there were always problems. I switched to Ray Covington Property Management and things have never been better for me. Very responsive and professional. Great experience!!
