Yesterday, I had a very important check to cash and not a lot of time to cash it. It took an hour and a lot of frustration, but Latonya championed for me wonderfully to ensure my needs were met. Her patience and concern, as well as drive to fix the situation for me, are the most awesome form of customer service Ive ever seen! This is the best AF247 Ive ever used.

Awesome customer service! I went in today after doing an online application and was having some complications submitting all documents. I almost gave up and decided not to proceed but I thought no I will go to my local branch. I am glad I did Paula was very patient and guided me through the whole process. She has a great personality and sense of humor too! She is great at her job so she is definitely a keeper!

The people are great. But when you cash a check or money order. The people they have to send it over to support. They take forever and never is quick. But the store its self and the employees are great and awesome

I came in to get a money order to pay a bill. Paula was there and it was one of the BEST customer service interactions I’ve had in a very long time!!! She was professional and made the interaction personal. Anytime she was speaking to me to she addressed me by my name and made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer!!

My mom is 76 and has been sick for the past 4 months and she has had me going to AF to get her money orders for her to pay her bills once a month. I have had a very pleasant experience with Evelyn. She is so kind in helping with my mothers wishes of getting more than a few money orders that she needs and she even tears them apart and puts them in the order that my mother has them listed on her list. My mother loves this because it makes it so much easier for her to pay her bills and less confusing. Thank you Evelyn and Nicole for such great service.

If I could have given it a 0 star, I would have... This place hires the dumbest, most incompetent people in all of Tennessee!!! I have cashed many checks there (over 100). I am a small business owner, and sometimes the banks are closed, and need to pay for materials... I went in today to do the usual... They tell me that there is a check that was stopped, and gave me the mans name and number... I called him, and he was very pleased with my work... Also, he said that they had taken the money out of his account... When I went back to tell them this, they gave me a complete run around... They always call and verify the checks before cashing... When the homeowner requested that they call him, I got all kinds of we cant do that and he will have to contact his bank. I work hard for the money that I do make, and I dont need places like this scamming me out of it...

Do NOT come here if you are self-employed or have an irregular income. They literally cannot comprehend that somebody may not receive an identical paycheck weekly/bi-weekly. God forbid I get paid when I complete a job and the amount varies and comes from various companies I contract with. I have direct deposits almost daily, 1099s, and every verification they may possibly need but they still cant handle the fact that I dont make a regular income. I spent SIX HOURS here for nothing. Walked out without being helped. Never again will I step foot here.

Poor quality control. Doesn’t take debit for money orders like every other place that does money orders. And a 18 dollar fee to withdraw money to try and pay the money order and the most they can withdraw is 500.

I went in the a couple weeks ago to get a check cashed and the lady at the desk got my info and to me to wait for the money and when I got called up get get it she gave me 270 out of my 300 and told there was a $30 fee to my check that I knew nothing about till I got my money. Very unprofessional.
