Management in the St. Louis area (Andrew) is absolutely terrible. Not professional at all. I am not sure how this guy still has a job. Apparently he can be rude to his employees and not worry about the consequences. I now realize why there has been such high turnover with Garda employees under his management. Keep enjoying the high turnover, Andrew.The bad thing is, you just lost a very nice, dependable, hard working, intelligent employee due to your poor management skills. Your loss.
Hires employees for 1-2 months in the Jefferson City MO area. Then tells them they dont have a position for them and begins filling their positions with new hires. The employees replaced do not miss work and have zero complaints from the client they work for. Site supervisor and 2 managers in St Louis all tell different stories when asked about this and the amount of confusion takes its toll on the employees at the work site. Management is VERY rude and will hang up the phone on you when they are done talking to you without resolving issues. Management does not care about their employees nor taking food off tables by replacing employees without notice. Youre just a number to them
