I’ve used Steam Magic for years and they have always done a great job! They get the job done efficiently and it always looks great! From carpets to furniture they have it covered! Spots in the carpet I was sure would not come out and w their magic solution it came out! The crew is always very friendly and punctual! Called to schedule my carpet cleaning after having spoken on the phone with these people a few weeks ago. Finally decided I would go through them because of the price and the customer service. Sadly I spoke with the same lady I spoke with a few weeks ago and not only now did she give me different prices that were quite a bit higher, she then told me that the prices she was giving me were simply an estimate and that I would not know what i was paying until they arrived on the scheduled date and time. I asked what they needed to know to give me a definite answer and she said the size of the rooms. So I told her I have them, I have the prints of the house right here with dimensions and square footage, but she said that she doesnt do that and that she would not be able to tell me anything more than I would have to wait until the day and time that I was wanting my carpets cleaned.. to find out how much it would be.. which makes it really hard if I decide its way too much and would rather go through someone else. They should at least offer to come out before the scheduled appointment to view the floors and give a definite price or at least a closer estimate than telling me It could be a far cry difference in price based on room sizes. We did find another company with much better customer service skills and we are scheduled with a definite highest price which is all I was asking for. I didnt need to know down to the cent what I was going to be paying but I needed to know what it could get up to before scheduling time out of my day to be there for something that I may not want after seeing what they have to offer. Out of 7 places I called this was by far the worst customer service of any carpet cleaning place I spoke to. They really should work on that before they keep sending all of their potential customers to their competitors!

It was the best my carpet has looked in years...Blair was so detailed on my sectional and they were so fast and friendly...Highly recommend Steamagic to everyone!!!!

Great job! Carpets looked almost new when done, got a lot of stains that had been there for years that others couldn’t remove.

Had them come clean the carpets at my shop and they did a great job all of the pet odors were removed.

Price is right and they are great guys!
