I am a repeat customer of Rob’s. A few years ago, he cleaned a Persian rug that has great sentimental value to me. He’s trustworthy, professional, and really knows his stuff. He did excellent work! When I was needing my wall-to-wall carpet to be cleaned after my cat had been urinating on it for a couple of months, I knew exactly whom to call. Rob came out, pulled up the carpet, and took it to his shop. They soaked it, squeegeed the urine out of it (over and over again), dried it, and put a decontaminant on it. He even took the time to send me pictures and video of them working on it. They also sealed up the floor underneath so the urine smell won’t seep up into the new carpet pad. My carpet looks brand new! Rob and his team are awesome! I will use no one else when it comes to my carpet!

Maxcare did a good job at cleaning our carpets after we our beloved dog get sick and had some messes on our carpet. They were on time and very knowledgeable. I asked about having the windows open and Rob checked the humidity before saying yes. That impressed me because I had problems with carpet drying when I did them myself in the past. (Carpets dried super fast with Maxcare). I was also impressed that Rob was knowledgeable about what our carpets and area rugs were made of and was able to explain why one of the area rugs holds onto its stain. I have had a fair amount of education on materials and how stains can affect them myself, and Rob knows his stuff.

Arrived on time. Representative was courteous and asked questions to ensure he understood what we wanted. Carpets were cleaned effectively. The only issue we’ve had is remaining carpet dampness. It’s been over 36 hours since cleaning and they’re not completely dry in areas with fans continually running on them. In my experience, this isn’t normal.

Rob Decker responded to our request for an estimate to re-stretch our bedroom carpet that had developed several wrinkles. Rob and two crew members arrived at the time agreed upon. We had been kept informed about their arrival by text messages. The carpet was stretched, excess trimmed, then vacuumed and cleaned. Rob returned the following day to replace furniture after the carpet was dry. We were very satisfied with the work performed.
