I had an awesome customer service here with Mr. Doug! What a great guy! I came to town for basic training graduation and unfortunately my initial rental was not very professional and didn’t follow through with my reservation! Fox rental was my miracle here in SC! Super easy rental for a first time travel like myself! Car worked great no issues and it’s super budget friendly! Give them a call ya’ll! Thanks again for the great help!

I rented from Fox Rental last week & I must say that I am highly disappointed in this company. I WAS GIVEN 3 RENTAL CARS LAST WEEK & NONE OF TO THEM WERE CLEANED OR SANITIZED & THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS WERE ON. Half of the vehicles on the lot arent even insured. THE OWNER OF THIS Establishment should be ashamed of themselves. They are quick to take your payment but cant provide the basic car rental quality. I am willing to provide my rental contracts as well as photos to validate my claim.

So my car got hit and and since I’m not 21 they said that they wouldn’t rent a car to me! But yet insurance is paying for everything and what am I suppose to do? Just because I’m 20 years old don’t mean people don’t hit my car and damage it to where it’s undriveable! I’m not renting your car because it’s a luxury or for vacation I’m needing to rent because I have no car to drive back and forth to work! Very disappointed. To add also the guy I spoke to was rude and said “Sorry we don’t rent to anyone under 21, good luck finding a car.” I’m glad you think people under 21 don’t get hit in wrecks!
