People say things in the heat of moment when emotions are involved. But I still stand by rating worst experience I ever had renting a car. The issues were attended to, but the vehicle broke down on me and I wont be reimbursed for the gas I put in even though I received the car with 4 miles to empty and when it broke down I had half a tank. They can sure learn something from reputable companies.

Way better than all the big name, corporate shmoozers. Wonderful people to work with (great personalities), great prices, and great service. You feel like family when you come here. Pay cash, credit or debit and with no extension fees. Pretty awesome. Go see them!

The woman that answered the phone needs a day off!! She was rude rushed me off the phone and didnt really want to give me any information on the prices and vehicle availability..as soon as she answered the phone she said um if your the one that called from Michigan you cant get a rental i told her this was my first time calling but she didnt care..very bad buisness im giving 1 star

I would had given this place 5 stars because the customer service was amazing. But when it was time to get my deposit back, I kept getting the run around. Call, they keep saying they will call me back. Never do. Say it was getting mailed. Never received it. Its been over a month. Very disappointed because I really liked this place. Never again.

Theeeeeeee ghetto... Im giving it two stars because the lady that helped us was pretty good.. Now they have at least 3 different names outside the establishment so you better pick one and roll with it.. Now... I recieved multiple calls back to back starting at 9am a few times stating that the bill was not paid...AND IT WAS. The manager seemed to be lost... then after the car was returned she was constantly calling a hint rude stating that the bill need to be paid immediately or The car needs to be returned.. The issue with that is.. I had no car to return. It just seems like they are a little unorganized and the office wouldnt hurt for a good cleaning.. I mean covid 19 is real.. Best place to rent cars

My first experienced with cash car rental and I have to say I was pleased. Ty was very helpful and quick with the numbers. He ensured I fully understood everything before making my final decision. I got back a little later than my scheduled time and it all work out for the best. Holla at Ty if you need anything hell take good care of you I promise

Cost for 2 days 200 miles $335. Enterprise cost for 7 days unlimited mileage. Not good.

So after reviewing the views here for this location. I decided to find another location to rent from, it was a hassle. I decided to give this location a chance for there services. I arrived on my birthday explained to Ty and the District Manager that I was spectacle about renting based off the reviews, Ty explained to me the services and the break down of everything. I explained to Ty that its my birthday weekend I really wanted the newer model 15 passenger van. He informed me that the van is out for the entire weekend. Saturday the day of my rental reservations, Ty called me prior to my pick up time to inform me that he is personally going to get the 15 passenger van I wanted from another location. When I tell you Ty and shanquia(who was really off that day) went over and beyond to provide great and exceptional services is a under statement. I was very pleased with the services they provided. READING REVIEWS MATTER!!! Ty gave excellent customer service. I called and told Ty my reasoning for needing a rental car and he was gracious enough in making sure a car was available within a short time frame. The deposit for the car was $100 (when using a debit card), but the car I received and no blame on Ty was not fit to ride children. The car has a smell of Marijuana thats embedded in the interior of the car so the car smells horrible. I kept the car for three days due to my car being in the shop and with no other immediate options. After speaking with Ty on Monday morning, I advised him I will be returning the car; so I didnt need the Kia Forte (black) as long as I thought, so I dropped the car off a little after 6p.m. on the third day (Monday 03/4/19). Ty advised on 3/4/19 I could drop the car off and receive a refund. When I went to retrieve my refund, the manager advised the car was not there when they went to pick-up two repos. I advised the manager the car was there and even told her the car(s) that were present when I left the car. The manager began disputing me when I did exactly what Ty advised which involved being charged over $300 for three days when I was granted the rate of $35.99 per day. I would not have written this review if I didnt care about the public and how our money can be taken through a complete ripe off. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE let this place be YOUR LAST result or no result if you need a rental car. Due to an immediate action I needed to take; I honestly feel as though the price the manager charged was a TRUE RIPE OFF and the car I had should not even be a option for rental. Please pay attention to the condition of the car because there finding ways to keep your money. Contacting the BBB AS WELL.

Smooth process getting the rental. One problem... all the problems inspected on the car that we did together with Shaniqua she calls me back and tell me Im responsible for them. I was charged for damages I did not do!!! The car had a crack on the windshield and the left side was scrapped. I specifically asked if she see it and she stated yes and supposedly made a note of it. I turn the car in and now shes saying I will not be speaking with the owner to get my deposit back. I will be making more reports, I had to do more cleaning then usual due to the car having a odor as if beer was spilled somewhere and it wasnt cleaned like enterprise cars and I thought I was getting a greater experience with cash car. Extremely disappointed with the false accusations and not getting my deposit back. Do not rent from them.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!1. Rented my organization a wrecked van at full price. I couldn’t change the vehicle because it was the day before our trip. I asked about switching vans and there was no remorse. The employee stressed that there was nothing to be done.2. I was charged one day for 2 vans and made 2 deposits. =$200 Van pick up was on May 31 2019 and drop off was June 1st 2019. I was told I could keep the vans until June 3rd. I did not keep them until Monday June 3rd. I brought both vans back on Saturday Night @ 8:30PM. I utilized the drop box that was positioned for drop-offs in the front of the facility.3. It has been several weeks with no deposit back into my account. I finally called. The rep said that I returned the vans on Monday and I would be charged for extra days. HOW SWAY??? I returned the vans on Saturday. Here’s the kicker if I returned them on Monday I was still within my rights to receive a deposit.🤷🏽‍♀️4. These folks make up excuses to withhold your deposit. They never have any intentions on returning your money period. This company is a total scam! DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM.5. My money has allegedly been returned to my card. Honestly, I won’t know for a few days! If my deposit isn’t returned, I will return with legal action! #SELAH

Mr. David was awesome! Im not from Columbia SC and when we first arrived we were having a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with renting a car. We were even stranded at the airport.But our troubles was over when we found Mr. David!Mr. David was very professional he help us out with NO PROBLEMS... I went down to Columbia for my sons military graduation. Im from Houston, I hadnt secured a rental car at the airport and decided to Uber around town. Once I realized how spread apart Columbia was, I knew for sure I needed to find a car. I didnt have a major credit card and searched on Google for places that I could rent from using my bank card. I came across this location and called. I spoke to a young man and told him I was from out of town and needed a car. He told me he would have to ask the supervisor if they could rent to me being that Im from out of state. He took my number and said someone would call me.I did get a call back and was told they COULD help me being that I was there for a military purpose. I was so relieved. They gave me the address of the business and I took my Uber from the airport straight there. It was very convenient because my hotel was also on the same road as this business. When I got there they took care of me, got me in a car and I was on my way in less than 30 min. I am SO appreciative for the 2 men working that day. I apologize because I cant recall their names. The young man at the front desk who is currently active in the military and the gentleman in the back office. I thank you two from the bottom of my heart for making my experience in your city a great one. My son appreciated the fact I could take him off base and spend time with him. Without your help I wouldnt of been able to do that. He is in Oklahoma now. I dont see a future trip back to Richland county but if ANYONE is there or are going there for the purposes of the military, I HIGHLY recommend this business. They ARE AWESOME.

I made a partial payment for her from my card so after my sister turned in her rental now 2wks later these people are illegally trying to charge my card for 300.00 dollars from my card but my name is no where or was on rental agreement. But told her she owed 189.00 now mind u 100.00 deposit leaves her to owe 89.00 now but they been trying to charge my card 300.00 but I have my lawyer and he is taking care of this issue.. People are pocketing money they been sending her specials and deals but when it came time to rent she couldnt use them.

Very deceptive company. Told us to bring our rental car back on Saturday and then charged us an extra two days because they say they dont take cars back on Saturday
