Whole process was smooth. Booked appointment online with website that let me easily pick the services I wanted. When I arrived the friendly gentleman behind the counter set reasonable expectations for results and time frame. When I picked up the car it was better than I expected. Years of dog fur nearly all gone!

I wont go to another Uhaul dealer again. The owner is one of a kind. Honest, hard working and wise. I would stop by just for a quote for the day. He promotes other entrepreneurs with some great jewelry in there too! Awesome experience.

Save your money. I made an apt for full vacuum cleaning of interior doors and all plastics, carpet shampooing, seat shampooing, window cleaning and a plastic dressing. Five hours later it’s ready for pick up. Which was fine I knew it would take time to be done properly. I wish this gave you the option to put photos. I could of done a better job myself so disappointed. Inside doors not done buttons on steering wheel not done buttons on doors not done cup holders not done. The carpets were not vacuumed under the mats or under the seats. Windows not cleaned. They only removed one spot with the shampooing. I emailed right away never got an answer so I called 6 times throughout the following day no answer. Used a different phone to call and they answered right away so they were screening all my other calls. When in person to show the owner all the photos I took of the “service” I paid for he was very rube and loud he refused to refund me. Said things can be missed and they don’t do between the seats nor under them!? Yet you pay them 20$ for a vacuum service. Also said not all spots will come out of the fabrics. They were NOT even done! Save your money this place is a complete joke!

They got a lot more dog hair out of my equinox than I expected. Looked almost brand new when they were done. No super strong chemical smell like some shops leave you with, the smell was much more mild and less potent than I’ve had before which is nice. The gentleman running the place was polite and helpful. All of the dirt and mud from the snow is gone as well. If I were in Columbia more I’d come again. Definitely recommend.

Maurice is very friendly and provides honest recommendations. I was going to get my car shampooed, but he said unless you have major stains or smells, you might not need that. So I decided on a vacuum and wash, which turned out so nice! Saved some money and happy with the results! Such great and quick customer service with wonderful results! I definitely will be coming back here again!

We have a 2010 Subaru Outback we took in to have an estimate done for the cost of detailing. We appreciated that they have the detailing broken down into cost per item and they gave us a very fair estimate of what needed to be done. We felt it was an exceptional job - the interior really needed some care and it turned out beautifully. I will be bringing our other vehicle in to have it done, as well. Maurice did extra work in the interior and we appreciate the diligence and care that was given.

Honestly, one of the kindest, most honest individuals I have ever met! I called this morning asking what type of shampoo cleaning or interior cleaning the owner recommends (to get the smell of dog poop out of the car). After I explained how I’ve already cleaned the interior of the car several times and the smell persists, the owner told me to buy an inexpensive product that should solve my problem.I don’t know of anyone that would do this for me! Instead of trying to get more business, the owner was honest, patient, and truly a gentleman. If I ever need to get something done for my car, I will certainly come here.5/5 for me!

I went there to get my car seat shampooed and it turned out amazing. The older gentleman was very nice and detailed explaining the work. It was also done in timely manner. Definitely recommend.

These guys detail my truck a few times of year. From working outside and hunting season and it looks like brand new when they are done. They also extreme detailed my work trailer and buffed out the aluminum. cannot rave enough about them

Brought the interior of my car back from the dead. The detailing work they did, the attention to detail was phenomenal and easily worth twice what they charge for it. Very meticulous, high-quality work. Owner is a great guy.

Thoroughly impressed. I made the mistake of spilling a caramel macchiato in the floor of my car which resulted in a sour smell a week later. I took it to another detail shop in town and they “fixed” my issue. Later that same day I still had the same sour smell. I took it back and this time the really “fixed” it. Neither time did they actually shampoo the area, they just put an enzyme spray on it. Low and behold the odor came back just as strong.I contacted auto embassy and they got me in immediately. They owner was knowledgeable and engaging. They actually shampooed and dried the area and advised me to come back if I had any issues. I definitely felt that my business was valued and I will most certainly be a repeat customer.

I called to see if they detailed cars. The nice young man asked about what I needed done. I told him I had a gas spill in my car. He told me that was a very difficult odor to remove from a car, but he asked me to bring jet by and he would look at it. Long story short, he suggested an aerosol interior clean or, a vacuum sweeper and taking the affected piece out of the car and letting it air out in the hot sunshine. No charge, no gimmicks!

Our truck was in rough shape ... dog hair, dirt ... yuck! Auto Embassy did a phenomenal job! Far better than any other detail shop we have been to. Ill be scheduling my car very soon.

To say my car interior was in a bad shape before I brought in to Auto Embassy would be a massive understatement. I had a large number of old stains in my seats, and on my floor. When I got it back I was in shock by how nice it looked. Would highly recommend their high quality and friendly service to everyone!

Ive rented a uhaul from Auto Embassy twice now and both times it was quick and easy. In and out of the door with the truck in 5 minutes. Maurice was very friendly and the fact that we could drop off the vehicle after store hours was a big plus. Just parked and dropped the keys through the drop slot in the door. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend regarding their Uhaul services. I had trouble with my U-haul reservation and the staff at Auto Embassy were a great help in getting it resolved.

My car was pretty trashed before I brought it to Auto Embassy. The prices was about half of what Im used to, and for that I got the stains removed from my seats and the interior and exterior looking and smelling like new car. The guys are prompt and professional, but more than that, friendly. Theyll drive you home and pick you up at no extra cost.

Maurice was extremely kind and patient when he set up out U-Haul bright and early in the morning. Definitely recommended.
