I’ve started coming to the Killian location after seeing poor service at another Sport Clips. Very positive experience and great service from both Kristi and Amber. Only quibble is the lack of staffing but that seems to be a city wide problem lately. Strongly recommend using the app and be flexible in finding open times.

Right on the door it states “walk in available.” We walk-in for my sons haircut and got told “did you check in online?” Me “no I didn’t know that you had to.” This was our first time using this place. So we were told that “we can’t take anyone else today.” There was only 3 people in the lobby I get that maybe you can only have so many in the lobby now. Then take off your sign on your door that states “walking “ because that’s false advertisement. So obviously we won’t be using this place!!!

I went there today for a haircut and was very pleased with it, however I did not receive anything that the promotion on the Sport Clips website mentioned (shampoo, hot towel, etc.). When I signed in it asked if I was a first time customer and I clicked yes. I will go back there again, but would have liked the MVP perk as the promotion described.

First decent haircut Ive had after living in SC for a year. Theyre very efficient. Great service.

Waited 2 hours and had the manager take someone with an appointment after me before me. During my 2 hours I watched 2 hairdressers, well 1 and a trainee. Susan, the top stylist, was having to do her work and continually help the other stylist that took over a hour to cut a 8 year old boys hair ( Which Susan had to finish to make it right). This has always been a great 5* experience but I watched customer after customer walk away. Susan is the 5* employee and I hope they up her pay!

Told the lady cutting my hair trim a little off the top obviously we both have very different ideas what a little bit is. Obviously she was rushing and didnt ask me how I wanted the back shaped or if I wanted to get my hair washed. After I fixed it at home it turned out okay though.

Amber did a great job today but I think she keeps her water spray bottle refrigerated, JK. Great experience. Thanks for a great haircut.

Amber Queen is amazing. Myself and my 3 year old have been getting cuts at Sport Clips since his very first haircut, which Amber helped did great. We walked in today and she called him by name and remembered he had a baby sister due. Money can’t buy professionalism and care. Thanks Amber.

Worst place I ever got my hair cut at... girl didnt seem like she wanted to be there... kept doing scissor cut. And well I am almost bald... clippers only... ended up going to Walmart and buying clippers and doing it myself

Their online check in has flaws in terms of kicking people off, as I experienced. I also selected first available and was in store for 25 minutes alone waiting as the two stylists serviced two customers. But someone came in and the stylist accommodated him and his two children despite me being there 25 minutes sooner.They also talk too much and end up taking well over 35 minutes per cut.

Very focused on cleanliness, and always a fun haircut. I am new to the area and made sure to find a Sport Clips. This is about my 7th location in 4 states and I am always a happy customer.

Amber is a complete smart mouth unprofessional individual, I have had 2-3 negative dealings with her and her unprofessional attitude and lack of professionalism. I said that I wouldnt go there any more but accidentally did and found a great young lady that cuts there but everytime I call I get smart mouth Amber who acts like she doesnt like black people

They give a great haircut for my husband and two boys. Very professional and friendly.

First time visit - the lady that cut my hair did a very good job; cleaned up where others did a sub-standard job!My cut was very basic military / law enforcement style. Used a coupon for VIP hair wash.....Cost is just slightly higher than most Ive visited but worth the lady cleaning up my cut.I will go back from time to time.Only downside is that the location is somewhat conceled

STYLIST COMPLAINED THE WHOLE TIME ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND KEPT TALKING ABOUT HOW SHE MADE MORE MONEY ON UNEMPLOYMENT.SHE SAID SHE WAS HOPING FOR A SPIKE IN CORONA CASES SO THEYD HAVE TO RESHUTDOWN AGAIN WITCH IS PRETTY MUCH SHE WISHED MORE PEOPLE WOULD DIE SO SHE COULD GET MORE MONEY. I WAS SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED BY THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WONT ISE THIS STORE AGAIN.

I have tried Sports Clip before and was dissastfied. After 3 years my husband talked me into going there but at a different one. I had Stylist G and she made me very happy. Excellent haircut and wash. Thank you and yes I will go back to that Sports Clips again plus recommend that place. Thanks again!!

First time at this location. Overall, good service. Used the app to check in online, showed a 45 minute wait. Drove from the office in downtown Columbia and arrived a few minutes earlier than the app estimated the stylist would be ready, only waited about 3 minutes to start haircut. Will go back. Amber was the stylist and did a great job.

Great cut and the mvp treatment was awesome! It was complimentary for my first visit but I will definitely be getting that my next visit! Friendly hairdresser also. My husband always goes to Sports Clip, told me it was only for men but I went anyway!

I have had many bad haircuts since moving to Columbia, but I will make the 25 minute commute from my house to come here any day. I wish I could remember the names of my stylists, but Ive had my last 3 haircuts here and they have phenomenal. The ladies are funny, engaging, and just overall friendly. My son is 2 and is not used to getting his hair cut. Telesha did an amazing job taking the time to cut his hair. She was super nice and very patience with him. I will definitely come back from now on for his hair cut.

We had a great hairdresser named Crystal. Her and her co-workers gave us such great customer service. My sons haircut turned out so good that he doesnt want anyone else to cut his hair. Im so thankful to there entire staff for making our experience so great.

With online check in we were in and out quickly. The boys looks nice for their first day of school, thanks to the ladies that did their hair yesterday. I have a picky son and she did a fantastic job on his hair!!

Bree has been cutting my hair for years. Shes great. Always have had positive experience here even with the other staff as well. Convenient online check-in if you want to. Clean. Friendly staff. I live closer to other sport clip shops and still go to this one.

I have had several haircuts here and none of them made me happy. Fades have lines, The girls cutting sit around a mess on the floor talking about how they don’t want to cut anyone’s hair. I give them pictures of what I am going for and it looks nothing like it. They rush the haircuts so they can sit down. They do not clean the hair off you before you get up. They provide rushed poor quality cuts. I will no longer be giving them my business.

The Sports Clips website is a good tool to use before going. It plots the busiest hours of the day and is fairly accurate

Amateur haircut at best!! The second worst haircut Ive ever had. Nice staff but poor product! $18 dollars Ill never get back. Would not recommend. Looks like a beaver cut my hair.

Ive been coming here for 2 years. The haircuts arent the best around but that is hard to do when you get a random lady each time. The upside is that they are friendly, quick, and it is easy to just stop by when you have time. No appointment required.

When I left and got on my car after the haircut, I looked in the mirror and I was shocked. The haircut looked fine (nowhere near good enough for $18 and the tip). My other problem was that there was an unexeptable amount hair all over me. Well, I could of looked at my self before leaving the place, but who would of thought... It was too expensive for the quality I received. Don’t go to this place, if you want your moneys worth.. I’m never going back to “this sportscut” ever again..

Great Sport Clips location, Ive enjoyed my haircuts more than ever since going here.It has a great atmosphere and is not overly busy so it is easy to get in. You just check in online, choose the stylist you wish to see, and wait 15-45 mins (usual only 15 mins) for your chosen stylist to be available.All the employees are friendly, and skilled at engaging the customer in conversation. Not everyone enjoys a dialogue with their hairstylist, but for many it eases any possible discomforts a customer could feel.The staff is also helpful in recommending a hair style for you if you cant decide what you want. Ive always been very pleased with the quality of the haircut.Mens haircut is $18 and they often send discounts and promotions in the mail to reduce this cost. I am glad I found this place because its so convenient and provides the results Im looking for. 5/5 stars.

The lady who cut my friend’s hair seemed never learnt how to do hair cut before. Let alone the service is the worst. Use either cold water or super hot water to wash customer ‘s hair and didn’t ask if the water was ok. Rushed on the hair cut and was rude on everything.This sport clips really gave a bad reputation to this brand.Will Never Come back again.

I have came here multiple times, most times are okay, but recently it sucked really bad. The girl I had seemed like she had a little attitude, and she messed up my hair badly, I might even have to get a buzz cut now because of how bad it is.... On the left it was okay but not even, the back was good, the right side was horrific. I didnt realize it until I got home, on the side it looks like I just got hit by a bulldozer, and she randomly cut random stuff and called it. Honestly I dont think I will ever come back, I should of asked for a refund because it was terrible.
