I rented the lounge to use as the venue for my bridal shower. The owners were accommodating to all our needs and made my guests and I feel more than welcomed in their space. This is a men’s barbershop by day but I was amazed at how we were able to transform it into the perfect place to have a bridal event! There was room for our caterer to set up, a cute nook where we set up a photo booth (the venue comes with a massive ring light), and plenty of spacious seating for guests to enjoy one another without feeling too crowded (for pandemic safety). They also supplied hand sanitizer and had extra masks available for guests who didn’t bring one. Their technology was also conducive to our needs: they were able to project a picture of the engaged couple to their television, which made a pretty backdrop, and their overhead sound system set the ambiance with good music playing at just the right volume the whole time. I will definitely be booking this venue for my next event! 10/10 recommend to ANYONE looking for an event space. Ladies, it’s a men’s barber and spa but it definitely transforms into any space you can imagine it to be, so don’t let that deter you from hosting your events here! The services were beyond excellent! When I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The entire staff were professional and I was well taken care of. I enjoyed how clean and decorated the atmosphere was. The color scheme made me felt like I was at a bar exclusively for men. The highlight of my experience was the young lady who serviced me. Not only was I taken care, but it was like meeting your best friend for the time. That’s the start of a great long lasting friendship. The conversation was pure because we had so much in common. It was at a point in which I forgot I was getting a pedicure. I’d highly recommend Regal Lounge to any gentleman who want to look and feel their very best. This will certainly not be my last visit! Walk out feeling the true ruler of the seven kingdoms and take your place on the iron throne!

Came in for a 45 min appointment, took almost 1.5 hours and ended up with one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. Asked for a 3 trim on the sides and a cleaned up on the top ended up with an long unfaded sides and completely uneven top. Ridiculous they charge $40 for this kind of service.

All of the staff welcomed me as a new customer! Everyone was professional and friendly the service was amazing! My barber was Michael and he did an outstanding job on my haircut and succeeded my expectations!!!! I became a member the sane day and I will be referring my friends to Michael!

I took my father here for Father’s Day and he absolutely loved it! I asked him what would he rate it and he said “whatever the highest rating is, it was truly phenomenal”. He enjoyed his haircut, won’t stop talking about the back and shoulder massage, and really appreciated that the nail technician took her time to do his hands and feet! I have been a member at the Regal Lounge for over 6 months now and they continue to impress me with personable staff, high quality services, and overall relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Especially during the pandemic Regal Lounge provides self-care for you to treat yourself which is extremely important to be the best you. I always walk out feeling great and get compliments on my look and I know my energy is better than before. I look forward to using my monthly service packages and have tried services Ive never felt comfortable trying before as well. The membership is a great gift for someone or yourself and is a way to make sure you take a minute to breathe and let stress disappear. Highly recommend!

So I found this place while at Soda City and because it seemed like a great service I booked a King’s Cut for my husband and a student cut for my son. The place a is clean I’ll give it that, however when my husband was done he had an uneven haircut and a pushed back hairline on one side. I feel like he knew what was done because he used the black powder to cover up his mistake. For $75 that’s kind of upsetting, they need to revisit and perhaps let the student become the teacher. Wouldn’t go back

I am a Massage Therapist here and I couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness, equipment+product quality, and especially the owners and co-workers. I’ve been in the business for almost 8 years and this is the best spa I’ve worked in. Memberships are of extremely good value for the quality. Honestly I am not saying this because I work here, I could just mind my business and promote myself only I’m writing because the spa deserves the recognition for all the hard work and attention to detail the owners have put in. For a business opening during a global pandemic it’s not easy and I’m very blessed to be part of the team. Come give it a try and don’t go off one persons experience, everyone has off days.

I had a great experience with Barber Aaliyah, she was very welcoming, informative and experienced. She made sure She gave me a consultation on my big chop and coloring. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and aware of each step in the process as she went along. I will be returning after my vacation and going back to Regal Lounge for sure. Not only are the seats the most comfortable seating ever, they also offer adult beverages as you’re being served. Everyone had a positive attitude and very skilled. Special shout out to Aaliyah! 😊

This is my second visit. Both have been great experiences. My barber, Bekah, is charming, congenial, and friendly. More importantly she has taken the time to establish my I styling preferences. This definitely my goto barbershop.

Showed early for hair cut, no friendly or professional greeting or direction for a first time visiting customer. No real interaction or conversation with the barber. I work as a manager in customer care and experience is everything. I paid the $58 for the experience and didn’t receive that at all. The only thing that was different from me going to my regular barber was a hair wash in the beginning, which I had already done by habit. And my barber doesn’t use the black spray because he cuts my hair the correct way. Definitely wanted to support a black owned business and spread the word to my models and coworkers but things just didn’t work out for me. I pray that this review helps this business improve their customer service. The shop is amazing and I’m proud to have the service in Columbia but don’t make people feel as if it’s a burden to cut their hair.

Definitely not the experience I was expecting. I was looking forward to this luxury grooming experience(which is stated on their website) to jump start my birthday morning! The owner wasn’t as welcoming compared to his trainee, it seemed as if his morning wasn’t going as planned. I scheduled an appointment with the owner, but he had the young man in training to perform the service. I was a little hesitant at first, but I went with it. I should have gone with my initial feeling, because I wasn’t pleased with my services I received. The products used to perform my hair wash made my scalp dry. DeAndré (the trainee) professionalism and friendliness made up for his lack of performance on my haircut. The $60 (including my tip) I spent for my services wasnt worth it. I did appreciate the birthday discount, but I probably wont be rushing back to the Regal Lounge.

I went to 4 different barber shops in Columbia and none of them exceeded my expectation. I went to Regal Lounge today and wow they exceeded my expectation. The environment is nice and clean especially with covid going around. I paid $28 (student discount) for my haircut and wow it felt like it shouldve been $40. The quality of the cut and all the amenities they offer for the price is unbeatable. As long as Im in Columbia, I dont think Im gonna go to any other barbershop besides Regal Lounge.

My 17-year-old son told me today he’s never had a haircut that he actually liked. Until today. Any parent of a teenage boy can appreciate what a difficult task that can be. The staff there does an amazing job. The barbersAre committed to their work and do an amazing job. I highly recommend it.

The reason Im giving 3 stars is because I never actually got a haircut or any of the amenities that they offered. I only went for a meeting. It was my first time hearing of this place and the way they worked. They have Billiards,Massage, Barber, Hair Stylists. With A full Bar. It was very nice and clean. It was not busy when I was there. But Im sure it has the Potential to become even busier. I will eventually go there to get a haircut. Im sure Ill review higher later.

Clean and professional environment and excellent customer service. This is not an ordinary strip mall, mom and pop, or around the corner barbershop. These guys keep their shop and equipment clean; no cursing and foul language. The atmosphere is very welcoming with refreshments and TV.

This was my first time in a real barbershop and Javon more than exceeded my expectations. He took his time and did an exceptional fade. He went above and beyond. He even gave me a tour of the place, afterwards. His barbershop and lounge area are amazing and the aesthetics are great! I’ll be returning, for sure.

I wanted to wait a while before a left a revie, as consistency in product and service are highly important to me. Its been 5 months of me frequenting this upscale spa for men. The staff is always kind, professional, and punctual. And the service is always top notch.Even in the early days, when they had their soft launch and in the middle of a pandemic, they have continued to provide too tier service.

This place is soooo nice! It’s well decorated and a nice new environment. Booking an appointment was easy. The nicest woman on the planet did my pedicure and was so friendly and did a great job on my feet that needed the TLC. This is definitely a place I’ll be frequenting to take care of myself. You should too!!!

My son and I got hair cuts at Regal Lounge. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, the attention we received and the professionalism of the employees. My son enjoyed getting a shave, which he loved. We would absolutely recommend the Regal Lounge to our guy friends and family for their grooming needs.P.S. Having the pool table and massage and pedicure areas were nice touches.

I really enjoyed the customer service. All of the employees ensured that I was comfortable throughout my whole experience. This was my first massage and I am excited for more. The store was very clean and made me feel like royalty, at least for an hour. Highly recommended.

Totally unprofessional!! I booked an appt online and entered all of my debit card information for payment. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told there was no one there to cut my hair. I got the signature cut, manicure, and chair massage. The haircut was surprisingly involved with hot towels, shampooing, oils, sprays, face massage etc. It was way beyond a normal haircut. Hadn’t done a massage or manicure before an it was very relaxing
