Mr Moe was very responsive and courteous. He took care of our cars professionally and with care. The alignment was done fast and in no time. He showed us the before and after. Great job!

His commitment to excellence is evident at every level; The bathroom is clean, staff are polite and well mannered, the waiting room is spotless, etc... I am extremely unhappy.Do yourself a favor and take your care somewhere else..these arent good mechanics theyre only specialized in tires and battery. I made a huge mistake taking my vehicle to this place.After my alignment my car starts making terrible noise, a lot louder than what used to be..and my car still go to the left if I let go of the steering wheel..I had to wait over 25 minutes just to check in, front person was nice but didnt have sense of regency and was walking around aimlessly talking to random dudes while my uber is waiting for me and charging me..It was very stressful and frustrating to see them waste your time,money and car...Stay away from this place.... terrible terrible terrible. You have been warned. ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️

Moe, the Service Manager, was GREAT. He was able to fit me in for an oil change and alignment after their sister store on Oak Lane had to close. He gave me an estimated wait time and was able to hit it right on the nose. This location on Berger Road gave EXCELLENT customer service.

Took my vehicle here for a standard oil change, when I got my vehicle back I drove it home and noticed a large oil spot in my driveway after my vehicle sat there all weekend. I took it back to NTB for them to see what the issue was since it was not leaking oil when I had dropped it off before my oil change. Come to find out some how my oil pan had cracked, NTB took care of replacing my oil pan free of charge. I get my vehicle back a second time and notice as Im driving home a rattle under my car every time I hit a small bump in the road. I had my cousin, who is a mechanic, look at it and they barely put the back bolt into the oil pan so the oil pan was safely secured to my vehicle. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location, will not recommend this location to anyone, and in fact will make sure if anyone asks me where to get their oil change to make sure they do not go here.

I had a flat tire and I brought it in to be repaired on Sunday morning. I actually made an appointment at the Oak Hall Lane location but went to the Berger Road one by accident out of habit. I was gritting my teeth coming into the place because I was behind schedule (it was Memorial Day and I was hosting a major cookout) and I was bracing myself for hearing that the tire couldnt be repaired and that I would need to replace the damaged tire AND its opposite tire for better handling. Id recently purchased all new tires so I wasnt excited about the prospect of buying 2 more. My plan was to drop off and come back after the barbecue, but Chris said, well fix it right now and he called the Oak Hall NTB and told them not to expect me over there so I didnt have to. I got my tire fixed and I was out the door and on the road in no time. After getting the flat tire at the start of a busy day, his competence and decency changed the whole trajectory of my day which in turn helped make my awesome barbecue a success! Two thumbs up!

I normally go to the NTB in Towson, but when I went there recently for an oil change, I asked and was disappointed to find out that Adeola was no longer at that location. When I was told that he transferred to the Columbia location, I spearheaded here to see him to get my tire replaced. Hes a very knowledgeable and professional store manager. For that reason, I will follow him wherever he goes--its worth the distance for his incredible customer service.

Chris and Will were very busy but were still able to get my tire fixed within 30 mins even with a line up. Chris was super polite and able to take care of customers inside and care for cars in the garage. Will worked efficiently and quickly to get things done even though they were short tagged. My new go to NTB.

Great customer service and quick service....( editing 3 months later after original post) im having an issue with the service that I had completed that day. I called to inquire about the warranty and for an hour straight when i call i am either placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and when i call back they dont answer. 4/18/21 I called NTB on Berger Road in Columbia i spoke with a Mr. Chris who was very polite and patient. I explained to him i caught a flat tire and i felt unsafe driving on the donut i do a lot of highway driving and that’s definitely a no no with a donut. He only had one tire of my brand in stock so i told him i will take it and he told me to come on in. I received excellent service and professionalism. In the midst of him already having a heavy workload because it was a Sunday and even being short staffed he got me in and out in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my service. Just terrible. Made an appointment a few days in advance for a tire rotation and alignment. Said they were wide open and to pick a time. Said I would wait for the vehicle and they said it would take an hour. When I got there it took 30 minutes to just check in and they had more cars than parking spots so I knew they were packed. Came back 6 hours later and they asked if I could bring it back the next day because they were swamped. I laughed and said give me my keys and I will never come back. What a joke.

I have been shopping for tires for about 2 months for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland.I discovered that tires cost about the same no matter where you get them. I also found that you can order tires from Amazon and have them installed for about $250 (taxes, disposals and all) at any of these places.What you pay more for is based on the local fees for the business you choose to use (Midas, Tire King, Mr. Tire, Pep Boys, Sams Club, Costco, Etc.).If you call around and speak to the shop manager, they will match prices at times and often have install deals.I purchased Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires yesterday and found this NTB location to be fair priced. Not all NTB locations are the same. They did a great job overall and I will definitely return here.They offer free rotation every 6000 miles (cant beat that). The customer service is professional all the way and the attitude of the staff is good. Ben Groves worked with me and was able to special order my tires in only a few days.Great job...whole crew!!

Store manager Chris Everitt didnt hesitate to help me out with a failed valve-stem. Stepped away from his desk and completed the repair himself and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. It was awesome.

I went there for an oil change after scheduling an appointment prior. The service was very fast and the price was just right! I will make this my new oil change service place. Moe at the front desk was very hardworking and professional with great customer service skills!

I cane in for a simple oil change that turned into brake work as well. The original price was not ideal for me. I was able to get some discounts. I only paid for what was needed the most. Chris who helped me out as always gave me the utmost customer service. He died his job well and is full of knowledge.

I had an semi-emergency brake repair done on my van. A brake caliper had seized due to long-term sitting in my driveway because of COVID and lack of driving. I showed up without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get my rear brakes done in two hours. NTB did an excellent job and saved the day for me.

Toyota overtightened a part on my Highlander and it broke when they were trying to get it off. Chris not only drove to the dealer to get me a new part, but didn’t charge me for it. Definitely old-school customer service.

I took both of my cars to get tire services done here (mount/balance/alignment).Typically I do all my own work, but I dont have the equipment for tire mounting.I made appointments. The first one, they serviced my car immediately. The second one, there was a long wait, about a half hour before they started working on my car.The service writers here are honest. They pointed out that my car needed rear brake pads, and showed me on the car. I declined, as I ended up doing it myself (for only $21), but they did not push it. They also were charging a lot for labor (around $300) due to the electronic emergency brake maintenance mode. I found out that it was just a matter of pressing some buttons on a sequence in the car to enter the maintenance mode.I also overheard them explaining issues to customers in laymans terms. As someone who is mechanically inclined, I could tell that they werent just trying to upsell a service that wasnt needed. They didnt use technical speak to intimidate the customer.Other shops might say that your car needs a part replaced when it actually doesnt, just to get you to spend more.In my assessment, this NTB location is honest and trustworthy, and has the best prices on tire mounting and balancing.I wouldnt recommend coming here if your tire is low profile. The techs had a hard time dismounting/mounting low profile tires. It took over 2 hours and I ended up missing a dinner reservation because the techs had difficulty with my tires. I understand that these are harder to mount, but I wish they had told me beforehand that they wouldnt be able to do it, or that there would be a long wait.

Got 4 new tires and alignment. Fast service, very nice and helpful staff! UPDATE 21/05/2020: My second time here. I had to order tires this time. They got the tires I wanted, in the size I wanted, IN ONE DAY. not only that, but when they called me to let me know they got them, they put in the extra effort to install them. (Extremely close to their closing hours.) This place is the epitome of quality service! Id give this crew 10 stars if I could.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. We decided to come here for a battery change after AutoZone was unable due to the battery being too difficult to change. Once we arrived, we were told that the battery would take approximately 30 minutes to an hour to change and that the labor price would be $67.50. I felt that this price was fairly high, however knowing that mechanic labor rates are typically very high we decided to move forward with the battery change. The store manager Chris came out to change the battery himself, which was nice, however the practices were very questionable. As we were sitting in the car, he came out to change the battery and we asked multiple times if we should turn the car off as Ive never heard of someone changing a car battery with the vehicle still running. Rather than answer us he just kept working so my wife and I decided it was obviously fine since he could clearly see the engine was running. The battery change was extremely fast, only taking Chris roughly 2-3 minutes to change (very appreciated but confusing since we were originally quoted 30 minutes to an hour worth of work). When I went back in to pay, I then noticed the rotating sign in the shop that says a simple battery installation is $15 and a difficult installation is $25. I questioned Chris as to why the price for our 2-minute battery change was 67.50 and he said thats just how the system rings it up. I wasnt happy with it, but the services had already been rendered so we paid the amount required and decided we just wouldnt be going there in the future. After leaving the Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor light came on saying that the sensor was faulty, and our key fobs no longer worked to unlock the car. We took the car back to the store to ask about the sensor and we were told that it should fix itself on its own over time. Very frustrating but cars are weird, so it made sense.Well fast forward a few days and the battery completely died again. We then made an appointment with the dealership assuming that something else must be wrong since the battery had just been changed. After jumping the car just to get to the dealership we got a call several hours later saying that the new battery we had installed was faulty. After hearing this I immediately contacted NTB to figure out the next steps and we were put in touch with the manager Ro. Ro was extremely helpful and scheduled us an appointment to get in to get the battery changed out very quickly. Once we arrived, I spoke with Ro and he told me that if they would be installing the battery it would cost $16.50 in total. I immediately questioned this not only because it was the stores fault that the battery was bad but also because of the massive price difference. I showed Ro the receipt from the week prior showing our $67.50 charge and he immediately told me that something seemed wrong there and that he wouldnt charge us for the new battery install and we should also talk to the store manager Chris about getting a refund due to them over-charging us so much. When Chris arrived, we tried to get to the bottom of the situation and I have never seen someone speak to an employee so rudely before, especially in front of customers. He told us that the problem was that Ro was new there and he didnt understand how things work. He informed us that the $67.50 charge was because of: how long it took to change the battery, testing the battery, and the difficulty that the computer system says it should charge. Again, we questioned the fact that it only took him 2 minutes to change the battery, the fact that a difficult installation is only supposed to cost $25, and that the battery testing is free. It was very clear that the store manager Chris was trying to throw out a lot of reasons that didnt make sense and when we questioned him on it, he just told Ro to give us a refund and stormed off. Ro then apologized for the actions of his manager and for all of the trouble we had to go through while he was giving us the refund. Thank you, Ro, for actually helping us!

This was a great NTB store to visit. The service team team was friendly and the service was both high quality & fast. They inspected my vehicle and suggested some additional services, based on what they discovered. Some of these I had done some I didnt. In general, a very pleasant experience from very professional shop.
