Ok I want to update my last review (see below) After writing this review I received a call from the service manager telling me he saw my review and some of the things that I said wasn’t done was actually done and that he takes full responsibility for not explaining in more detail. He asked me if I could bring my car back so that they could look at it again. This time he had me drive the car with a service technician and explain what I was hearing to him. This time the technician heard the noises I had been describing and was able to identify it and repair it. So I’m following up to say that despite my initial dissatisfaction, I’m now satisfied and appreciate the service manager following up to resolve my vehicle issues.—————————————————————————First off I’m a loyal Nissan Altima owner. I’ve owned 3 Altimas back to back, two of which I’ve purchased from the Dealership on Two Notch Rd. I’ve also had them all serviced there as well. My last two services have been very disappointing but I’m only going to talk about my most recent one. I dropped my car off on 9/2/21 with the complaint of a “low roaring and a clicking sound when driving at low speed.” The Service Manager (I won’t mention his name) told me it would probably be a few days before they could get to it because they are backed up. A whole week had passed before I got my car back in exactly the same shape it was in when I dropped it off ( they did perform a recall repair on the hood latch). I had not received any calls updating me on my car’s status. It wasn’t until I called a week later and found out that all they had done was driven it on Friday and again on Monday and said they didn’t hear anything. After speaking to the service manager, he said he was going to drive it to see if he could hear anything. He called me back later and said that he drove my car and put it through a number of different test and that he didn’t hear anything either and that I can come pick up my car. In all my car had been driven eight miles. So my car never made it to the service bay, it was never put on a lift to inspect the wheels etc. They just drove it! Why did it take them a whole week to do nothing and how much longer would they have had my car if I hadn’t called. My wife told me I’m too patient.
Everyone that I came in contact with at Nissan was nice and professional. The dealership was clean and my kids loved the play area. They kept me up to par with everything that needed to be done before and after servicing my vehicle. I will definitely be returning for any future services needed on my car.
Ric (salesman) and Todd (Sales Manager) were professional and easy dealing with them. The deal they offered was straight forward, nothing hidden with the numbers. I will give them big thumbs up for dealing with them.
My car broke down om the way to charleston on memorial day weekend. I had it towed in. I expected to have to drive back next week to pick it. Nope, I was on the way home in a rental car two days later when i got the call, my car was ready.They did it on time and on budget.Im a career dealership guy, and know how difficult it can be to get a car turned around that quickly sometimes.You guys are awesome, Thank you.

Severely annoyed with the wait time. I was supposed to get an oil change that turned into new brakes. I have no problem with getting new brakes and even came for their courtesy checks. My problem is that those new brakes took 6 hours to complete! I was expecting to wait a few hours, I was even given a wait time of about 4 hours. With no update or warning until I tracked down someone twice, it ended up taking 8 hours (if the salesman is correct this time and my car will be ready soon). I should have know in advance like my first estimate how long this services should take. Ive watched multiple groups of people come and go, even thought theyre supposed to be on a first come, first serve basis. I came hoping to get better service than other car shops, but just faced a different set of problems.
Okay where to start! One word describes my experience! Excellent!! They were very professional!! Daniel George was amazing, customer friendly, gave me no hassles what so ever. Went over my diagnostic and kept me updated with the information. O did i mention this Nissan dealership put the right mileage for my oil change!! Will definetly b back again!! Thanks Daniel
I was disappointed that I was told that the recommended service on my vehicle did not correspond with the factory maintenance found online and in my owners manual. Had I proceeded with the recommendations I was advised of, I would have wasted a tremendous amount of money. I will consider future recommendations with a degree of skepticism moving forward.

AC went out. They fixed it for an arm and a leg. 3 days later it starts blowing hot air. Take it back and they wanted to charge me to flush the system to see if there was a leak. What they did originally...no leak. Was told an Oring broke(something they shouldve changed when they changed my compressor). Wanted to charge me for that as well. Called the manger, left message, no call back. Guy calls to tell me he’s not gonna charge me for the flush. Inconsiderate service department that takes advantage of people in a tough spot.
Was in for 30K Murano Service. As always, Daniel took good care of me and the Murano.
My experience was heart breaking. The Sales Mgr told me to ask for him upon arrival. About 15 or 20 min later he walks in and is talking with someone else. He then came over to me and introduced himself. His next sentence was, Ill be back in a moment. So after walking around in the store he comes up to me and says he would leave me in the capable hands of another gentleman. You figure it out.After I drove a car that I liked, the sales person said that they were offering me a trade-in on my van of $15,000. Now I had previously had an accident which was cosmetic. Carfax: Retail 22,460n; trade in 17,770. How heart broke! I had previously told the sales person that my husband had recently past. I was having a hard time and confussed with how to handle buying the car by myself but I knew that was not right.

3 hours and 10 min for an oil change and tire rotation.Unacceptable.I was there at 6:55 am Sat morning.
Rick provided quality customer service. A thorough check was done on my car and discussed options with me.
Given that there is not an actual sign saying EXIT on the garage doors I parked in front of the first door to the left (you know like how we read, from left to right). Prior to the dealership even opening (I was there at 6:30am) and when they opened they told me that was an exit lane. Other cars had since showed up while I was waiting for the dealership to even open amd filled up the other lanes. I was still let in but needs less to say I still ended up waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And once completed my truck was not washed like normal. I think if my truck wasn’t still under warranty I would take it some place else. Once it is not under warranty anymore I will start going to a different establishment.
I had to take my Nissan NV van in for a few repairs. Fortunately everything was covered under warranty and I have over 90000 miles on it. Daniel George was my service advisor and was he was very courteous and professional. We will certainly be back when we are ready to buy a truck!

Dropped car off around noon asked to have it ready by 3:00 and by 2:15 I got a call my car was ready. Was advised about my recall and ordered the part and said they would call as soon as it comes in so they can get it fixed.
As usual I was helped instantly and professional. All options were explained and cost estimate. I was contacted when my car was ready. All paperwork and business transactions were professional. Totally satisfied.

I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze that suddenly choked with electrical problems. I didnt have the time to do the circus with the Chevy mechanic so I got ahold of Renee (who also helped my wife purchase a vehicle) and she got me in a 2021 Sentra within my budget and within a very exceptional amount of time (a couple hours). No run arounds, no hassles, was the best car buying experience Ive had. I am actively recommending Renee to friends!
I usually dont have a problem with repairs but this is the second time at your location for this issue. Front right park sensor goes off randomly when Im not driving or parking. I paid $80 for nothing and the technician obviously lied. I sent the service person Daniel two videos before I got home of the same issue happening again....completely uncalled for. Daniel is and was extremely pleasant and helpful but the service tech lied.
With the exception of a little oil left on the engine cover my experience as usual was great. The service staff are always professional. You can trust the service you receive will be done right and professionally. Keep up the good work.

I brought my car in for a noise coming from the front end of my car. After they test drove my car it was recommended that I get a new transmission at the cost of $5,000- $5,500. I thought that was a pretty quick diagnosis and nothing else was checked out. So I got a second opinion and found that the problem was a bad wheel bearing at the cost of $269. If I had replaced the transmission, I still would have had the problem! Then what? I would have tossed $5,000 in the trash. I will not be going back to the Nissan dealership.

I was very impressed with my technician Rick. I was gonna have to pay $1500.00 in repairs until he asked if I had an extended warranty. I had paid my car off e as rly and totally forgot about it. Rick saved me from paying all that money. He was so nice and very helpful. I give Rick a 10, thank you so much!
I came in for them to check my battery and i told them my car would not crank up after i parked it earlier that day. They checked my batter, oil change, and tire rotation, transmission flush, but they said my batter was ok. Later that day i parked my car and when i tried to crank up it would not. i took it to firestone and they found that the batter was no good.
Honestly this was a wonderful experience, I’m glad you guys sent a survey. I was always under the impression going to the dealership was more expensive than just regular oil change places. I needed my tires rotated and balanced and valvoline said they didn’t feel comfortable lifting my vehicle because of something under it. It was actually 5$ cheaper than valvoline and I received wonderful service. And they even washed my car and apparently that comes standard! Daniel made me feel like I was at home. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. And it was fast! Probably took them less than 30 minutes. Daniel explained everything that I need to do to my vehicle in terms of safety and keeping up with the fluids in my vehicle. He was more educational and not pushy at all. Most of my friends drive nissans and I actually went home and told every single one of them to have their oil changes and any service they need at your Nissan location. I work with the public so I really appreciate when I run into great people and get taken care of. Thank you guys!

I was told it would be 2 and a half hours before my car was ready. I came back 4 and a half hours later and my vehicle was still not ready.
I came in for my regular oil change and tire rotation and also replaced the air filters and a belt that Daniel suggested from my last visit. We are always please with the service that Daniel gives us. Daniel takes the time to remember his regular customers and that shows his genuine care and concern for his customers. We appreciate working with him!
I came in on Tuesday morning my service advisor was Mr Tommy Middleton. I would like to say what a great person he was to work with. He explain each and everything that was being done on my car. He also showed me that my battery needed to replaced.I which I can in the next day and had it done. I would like to say thanks for having a great person like him.

On 13 Aug 2020, came in for a oil change and warning light check. The oil change went good However, I was informed for the warning light check, I needed to leave my car for the day. On 17 Aug 2020, I arrived at the dealership at 7:00am to leave my car for the day to check the warning light check. The service advisor came to check-in my car, looked at the warning light and informed me that it wasnt a warning light but actually display to let me know that my back detection system was activated. The first service advisor didnt know this. So I wasted my morning and a friend morning to come to the dealership for nothing.
No problem, dropped off my car to have an oil change and transmission fluid change; they called me when my car was ready a few hours later.
My service advisor Daniel G didn’t only make recommendations for keeping my car running as it should this visit but he also shared with me what i would need performed during my next visit so i could be prepared. Great service!
I came in to get an oil change, nothing serious on that service day, but my service manager was very polite, not pushy. He answered any questions that I might have asked that day. The young manager was attentive to all my concerns.While I waited, I walked through the show room to browse around. I am not in the market for a new car at this time, but one salesman finally walked out and said, Mam is there something I can help you with? Had I been in the market for a new car I would have purchased that day. I am still holding the information he provided for future use. Thanks Mr. Bailey.
Great rental car department joanna awesome
I went in to have my oil changed and a part replaced on the vehicle. While I was there, I asked if I could have the detail done to my vehicle that was owed to me. i arrived around 8:30am, but I did not leave until at 1:30pm in the afternoon. Granted, I was informed that it would take a while to have the work done. Waiting to get the work done was not an issue and the process was done around 12:00pm. The rest of the wait was me waiting for the detail to be done. When I got my vehicle back, I was stunned. They did not wash the vehicle at all. They only dumped the sand from the driver side of the vehicle and sprayed armor oil or whatever they use on the tires. I had one of the technicians review the vehicle with me. It was awful! The back glass was filthy and still dirty, the inside had not be dusted or vacuumed at all. I told them a Cat could have done a better job detailing my vehicle than what was done. What really took the cake was the fact that I waited approximately an extra hour and a half to get the vehicle detailed and it would have looked better, if they had just ran it through the regular wash cycle. I will NEVER let Dick Smith Nissan detailed another vehicle of mine! Shame on them for the mess they made of my vehicle!

My attendant was able to not only help me with my car issue but he kept in touch with me about how long it was going to take to get my car back. This was a major issue considering I work 6 days a week and only had half a day to big my car there.
