I canceled my policies with this agency due to finding better pricing elsewhere. I received a refund and a few weeks later, received a 3rd and final bill (never received the other two). When I questioned the customer service rep via email about the hefty charge, I was told it was due to a new vehicle I added 14 days earlier (the amount due was more than my monthly bill). When I asked her a follow up question (8 hours later), she never answered. I received a letter from a collection agency 2 weeks later, prompting me to follow back up with the office to get my question answered. It was more thoroughly explained after I emailed the customer service rep AND the broker, whom I asked to call me. The broker just forwarded my email back to the customer service rep for her to follow you. No call from the broker. I was with the agency for many years, always paid my bill on time and had all my policies with them. I will never use nor refer anyone to this particular Allstate agency.

I had a total car accident, called them . They were extremely kind, asking about it, getting all the informations needed .Got on top of everything right away . Did not even need to make another call . They solved in 1 week . I have never had an insurance company that got the work done so fast without me being on top of them, calling.........I am so thankful for their support, effort & professionalism.I will stay with them no matter what & I trust to recommend them for all of you, without a shadow of a doubt .

Overall after conducting research I discovered that Allstate was charging me roughly double what their competitor offered for half of the coverage. I have nothing bad to say about the staff at this agency; however I do feel that I was over charged during my entire relationship with them.
