Never thought wed find as great an office as we had in St.Louis, but happy to say Stephanie Wilmsmeyer and staff have been exceptional in every instance of a claim or in giving coverage advice. Today we had cause to make a claim for some lost articles that were precious to us. Karissa was so kind and helpful in handling the claim efficiently while making us feel like valued clients. On a prior claim for a fender bender, they went the extra mile in advising us on how to handle an awkward dispute with the other party in the accident and helped us find the most inexpensive repairs. These people are experts at what they do. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the opportunity to use State Farm Roadside Service while out of town. It took only 20 minutes from the time I completed the request online to the time someone appeared to fix my problem. Oh, did I say the temperature outside was 28 BELOW with windchill!!!!! He allowed me to go inside a business in order to stay warm while completing the work.Ive used the most known roadside service (three letters), and Ive never had the professional, efficient service I had with State Farm. If you dont have this service, ADD it to your coverage immediately. You wont be sorry.......

The car needed repaired and I was worried about what that experience was going to be like. However, the staff there took excellent care of me. They coordinated every effort between the insurance company and the rental car company and the body shop. It was such a stress free experience and my car looks just as good as it did before the accident. Outstanding service and a pleasant experience! I have been with Stephanies state farm for many many years now! I can always depend on them and they know me and my account right off the top! I would never leave their company!! All the workers there are great and thorough, when it comes to quotes for home owners, rentals etc.. If they cant insure you they will send you to the next best one who can. For ex SR22 they do not cover I beleive. THANKS STEPHANIE AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM!

Super helpful! I live in St Louis but started a policy with their agency because a friend was working here. Even after he quit, theyve been helpful and informative on any questions Ive had.

Buyer beware!! Over the years, I struggled with incorrect quotes, inaccurate coverage advice, changes in coverage without my permission, unanswered emails, and numerous lies from the agent herself. They dont record their phone calls so Stephanie will admit guilt for mistakes on the phone but will refuse to put it in an email because its then on the record. Never have I dealt with such terrible customer service. State farm has hired several of my friends so I tried to stick it out and give Stephanie the opportunity to fix her issues. When telling these friends about my issues, they were far from surprised. Because these agents arent State Farm employees, State Farm will do their best to avoid helping a customer with issues such as above. You have a choice in insurance. Youre doing yourself a favor looking elsewhere.
