I have been with State Farm, specifically Rick and his team since 16. Ive had some unfortunate things happen. While I hear horror stories of other companies, they remedied my claims very fast and without hassle. They call back pretty quick if they arent able to get to the phone when I do call. The only draw so far which is small is that they close at 430 and not 500 like most SF places.

There is never anyone in the office to answer the phone when you need them. Been waiting Over 3 hours for a return call from roadside servic. They never called me back and of course no tow tech either.

Always helpful. I called and was called back within 10 minutes. My entire family has used this Agency for decades.

Still no one in the office and no return calls.
