They really care about helping the individual. Dont compare them to fast food. They tailor the insurance to make sure that it fits you. Travis and the gang are very good at what they do. So if its a suspended license, SR22, you name it, Sauls can fix it for a reasonable price.

On a referral from a friend who already has his own dealership on Two Notch Road talked to Travis about getting surety bond and Commercial Insurance to get my wholesalers license said he would get back to me and never did, called the office numerous times said that he would get back to me and once again he never did, how do companies stay in business these days with horrendous customer service, very bad for business.SMHTony S.

I JUST CALLED THIS PLACE AND TRIED TO GET SOME INSURANCE THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE ASK ME WHAT KINDA OF COVERAGE I NEEDED AND I TOLD HER FULL COVERAGE AND SHE THEN ASK ME ABOUT THE CAR, I TOLD HER THEN SHE SAYS THAT NOBODY IS HERE TO GIVE YOU A FULL COVERAGE QUOTE, I THEN TOLD HER I THOUGHT THEY WAS IF SHE ASK ME ALL THESE QUESTIONS. SHE THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I FELT LIKE AT THE BEGINING OF THE CALL WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I NEEDED FULL COVERAGE, SHE COULD HAVE JUST SAID, I APOLOGIZE MAAM NOBODY HERE AT THIS TIME THAT CAN GIVE YOU A QUOTE OR JUST ASK ME TO CALL BACK. THATS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. VERY RUDE!!!!
