This company is the worse. Switched from one bad one to one way worse. The customer service is bad, bad attitudes, and racist people in this office. Coleman the owner is the worse. When you go to him to address any issues hes not helpful and point fingers. Soon as I find a new location, Im switching. I been a loyal customer of State Farm for years and have experience the worse from both local offices on garners ferry rd.

Absolutely hate this office. When they made a mistake in billing for my insurance (amounting in about 600 dollars over six months) on a vehicle that had been totaled, they fixed that problem only to charge my wife an extra 200 dollars for their mistake on my insurance. When asked for a solution they told me they were not worried about trying to please me at this point because they probably wouldnt be able to keep my account anyway and suggested I find another place to get insurance. That is what they consider customer service. John Coleman would not even try to help me when he answered the phone he half heartedly listened and then immediately forwarded me to Janice Kennedy who is probably the worst customer service associate I have ever experienced. The above referenced statements all came directly from her mouth. Unfortunately this is not even an exageration. Also worth mention is the fact that no matter what these guys will not actually call you back. I called every day, several times a day for no less than 4 days before I finally got in touch with some form of management. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
