Renewal of our homeowners policy was sent to an old address and we didnt receive it although our automobile insurance was sent to the correct address. The homeowners policy was then canceled by this agent but we were not notified by phone mail or email. We found out four months later after Hurricane Florence raged through our area. I wrote a letter to Liberty Mutual and received a snarky response that this was our fault because we signed up for electronic billing which was not the case. I would not recommend this insurance company.
