I was shopping for car and renters insurance and came across McArdle insurance agency. Kristen gave me the best quote and I took the chance with Erie. Its been 2 years now and I get blown away on how knowledgeable and helpful Kristen is. I recently bought a home and man did she make the home owners insurance process so easy and a great rate! I have dealt with alot of insurance companys but this one is by far the best experience I have had! I 100% recommend kristen and the McArdle team!

I have never had a single issue with my interactions with the McArdle Agency. I have always gone through Toni if I have any questions or need to make changes to my policy. Toni is always prompt and helpful. Recently my premiums went up and she took it upon herself to review my policy and see if we could make changes to lower it. She saved me around $300 and I was extremely happy! Cannot recommend them more!

I purchased my first car last year and McArdle was very adept at coordinating with the car dealership. I was able to get the car on the same day (a weekend mind you) that I met with the dealer. Very friendly customer service. My insurance agent was very knowledgeable and explained my policy options so I understood clearly what worked best for me.

By far the worst insurance company i have ever worked with been driving for over 10 years. This was a cheap option and you get exactly what you pay for. The adjuster couldnt find the shop that i told him that i was taking my car to he said he knows the area and stated the shop i was going to was closed when in fact the shop i go to is across the street from the closed shop he knew that happened last year and my car is still not fixed due to him placing the wrong shop on the check every claim with them has been a nightmare

My insurance company had suddenly increased the price at renewal even though i had no tickets/violations. Kristen McArdle took up this issue with folks at highest levels in the insurance company and kept at it until they fixed the problem. Saved me lots of $$s in the process. Shes courteous and responds quickly. All in all a great experience for me till now.
