Edwin Sanchez has done a great job for me! He got me a few renter policies as my kids went off to college. I had my autos and home with USAA. No one ever seemed to be competitive. But every year USAA cranked up the replacement value on my home. It had gotten out of control. Edwin was able to get the coverage I wanted and saved me a bunch of money. Ive replaced cars since. I had a pretty complicated issue with my policy. I didnt know which family members to include or which to exclude. It was a whole MESS!!! I called the Clark Farley Agency at 8:31am on Monday Morning. (They open at 8:30) Melanie answered the phone. She worked on my issue literally ALL DAY LONG. She did not stop until it was resolved. She fought for me like you wouldnt believe. She took it personally. She called, emailed, and faxed her butt off. Melanie made the process so easy. I was able to go on about my day while she did my dirty work. I cant say thank you enough!!
