The worst commercials every produced. My six year old could make them less stupid than this so called college graduates even if they graduated any level of school. I’m betting middle of the class of kindergarten!!!!!!!

Ive never had a ticket, nor an accident, I just never built up my credit bc I was a stay at home mom. Now many years later I had to struggle to get a decent rate for my car insurance and Liberty Mutual not only insured me but gave me many options for discounts. Thank you Liberty Mutual.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! The at-fault driver is covered by Liberty Mutual. It has been a month since I took my car in for repairs for a fender bender. They refused to give me a rental-car and are using off the market parts for the repairs. Totally unacceptable! They should REMOVE all their ads from airing. Their staff is rude, uncooperative, and thieves. Please avoid any insurance claims and/or coverage by Liberty Mutual!!
I will never do business with this company again, they almost caused my license to be suspended. I pay on time every time with automatic payments, they randomly canceled my policy saying my license was suspended. Didnt find out until I bought a new truck and tried to add it to my policy. Called dmv and they said my license was good but was about to be suspended because of my insurance lapse. So I have to pay the fine for the days without having insurance now . I never received any notice that my policy was being cancelled.... This company sucks and almost caused me to lose my license.
Fast, efficient and the price is right. The only drawback was finding a place to park.
I have two vehicles and rentals insurance and i think i pay a good price.
Im just trying to figure out how my quote was one price, I pay the amount and my first bill (on auto pay) was double + ($416) the amount that I was quoted. Nevermind, no explanation needed, I Just Switched to a different Company..Thank Goodness I caught the change before my due date. Can You say Cancelled!
Great policy impressed with the savings
I CALLED TWICE 1ST TIME I GOT THUR TO SOMEBODY AND THEY REDIRECT MY CALL THAT PERSON PICKED UP THEN HANG UP IN MY FACE I CALLED BACK TWICE NO ANSWER. IM DROPPING THIS INSURANCE COMPANY RATHER SPEND MY MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE... IM DONE
I had a terrible experience with this company - Buyer beware, do not get involved with Liberty Mutual they are a bunch of crooks. I had an out of town visitor borrow my car one time, and unfortunately got into a small fender bender a few blocks from my home, running to pick up ice from the grocery store. I reported this to Liberty Mutual and they covered the accident, they paid out about $700.. 6 months later, they arbitrarily added this driver to my policy (unbeknownst to me).. Out of left field, my insurance went from 250 a month to 1280.. I couldnt understand this, since again, this was an out of town visitor, who had a drivers license connected to another residence, and his own insurance policy. I called this location several times and could never get my representative Katasha Rogers to answer a phone call.. I called the 800 number several times and got the run around and never had my questions answered satisfactorily.. .My hand was forced to drop this company and start a policy with another company due to this.. They are still sending me threatening emails regarding the final payment of $1280, which will wind up going against my credit as a negative, because I cannot afford to pay it. This insurance company is nothing but a shakedown racket. Dodge this bullet
Very helpful, and attentive to whatever I needed done. They helped me out of a bind that was wonderfully beneficial to me as a customer. Will stay with them for a long time!

Low rates and easy to get set up
I canceled my policy a month and a half ago and I have been charged twice since then. Liberty mutual has $406 that belongs to me. I was charged twice in one month for a policy I had canceled and now they are telling me I wont get my money until NEXT WEEK!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! Nick H. on the resolution team was not helpful at all and was the most uncompassionate robot Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I would not recommend liberty mutual to my worst enemy. For insurance needs I would recommend you going literally ANYWHERE else!

Liberty Mutual sucks and breaches contracts. Do not go with Liberty Mutual. I wish I could give 0 stars. They quoted us a rate over the phone, confirmed it, and then after having the policy for a week they raised the rate for no reason. We accepted the new rate without argument then they canceled our insurance without any incident 5 days after raising the rate.
You all need to take your business away fro. Teleperformance given you guys a really bad name I know everybody does not work for liberty mutual
Actually I was at the dentist office great dentist but watch what you sign with liberty mutual you may waive your HIPAA rights away
They are too expensive and a lie a lot so if you would Liberty Mutual it be best for you to cancel but they way too high
I found out that the SC State Credit Union was pairing up with Liberty Mutual to give us betterInsurance rates on your car and home. I called to get a quote and got a rude man who had nocustomer service skills. He gave me a quote for my car that was double the amount that I amcurrently paying. When I asked why the quote was so high, he never gave a direct reason. Ihave had no wrecks, no tickets, nothing against my record. The commercials for this companyare so misleading. I have been with the SC Credit Union for 30 years and cannot understand whythey would want to partner with a crooked company.
They would not give me an insurance quote based on my credit but when you have a perfect driving record you still cant get car insurance because he got bad credit in my eyes I dont feel like insurance company should be looking at your credit I think they should be only looking at your driving policy so do not get insurance from them
I had a claim with liberty mutual after the other drivers insurance was thru liberty mutual. The are HORRIBLE to deal with! They would only authorize aftermarket parts and had to fight to get a rental car. Could only image what they would be like if you were insured with them and had a claim. Everyone I talked to was rude since we wouldn’t use there authorized shop for repairs. Nightmare!
I have now heard of two horrible experiences with Liberty from a friend and a family member. Stay away from this overpriced company that seems to prey on people who cannot get covered by other companies.
Ive had liberty mutual before when I 1st started driving and they were good to me but as an adult I decided to check them out and started my coverage with them in August. I know that between my husband and myself we didnt have the greatest records so I expected it to be a little high but when I added a car in March they wanted to charge mange $417/ month so naturally I started looking elsewhere. I finally find a new policy with Allstate in April before my payment date. When I cancelled I was told that everything was fine and Id receive my final bill in the mail. I thought that maybe Id be receiving a bill that just because I cancelled close to the due date and it would be showing that I cancelled but that was not the case. I received an email the next day that even though I paid my payment on March 20, as I did every month, I still owed $271.08. If I pay that plus what I already paid in March then Id be paying a total of $438 by may 7th. Not only was that not told to me before I cancelled, I was not told a break down on how they managed my payments until after I cancelled, and they are asking for me to pay them more now for insuring one car from March 8th-April 20th than I will be paying to insure both cars plus myself and my husband each month with Allstate. Each time Ive tried to call to resolve this Ive been told that theres nothing that can be done and Ive been unable to speak with a manager. Im very unhappy with them. Ive adjust put in a claim with the BBB and havent gotten a response yet and I will be contacting the insurance division as well as the attorney generals office about this misleading issue. Ive never had to pay to cancel an insurance policy before. This is ridiculous and very much over priced and if you have an issue then dont expect his customer service.
Can somebody help me understand how to run a business if sometimes youre open and sometimes youre not thats completely mind-boggling to me and very unprofessional.
