This is one of the best maintained, income-based housing complexes I’ve seen around! The grounds are well kept by a friendly maintenance staff, the office staff is very helpful and attentive, and I love the fenced in area outside my patio door. Great for my little ones to play safely. Good job Carriage House!

LIVED OUT THERE FOR NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS AND THE LANDLORD JAMEKA WILLIAMS STARTED HARRASSING ME BECAUSE I MOVED FROM THE BISHOP. IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. THEY DONT LIKE TO FIX NOTHING THEY CONSTANTLY LEAVES NOTES AND SHE TALKS ABOUT YOU TO OTHER TENANTS
