Ive put in my application about 1/1.5 mos ago and still havent heard from anyone. Ive called to check status of my application and was always told the lady who processes rental applications is working from home and will relate the message . I have yet to receive a call nor I know if I was approved or not. Very unprofessional and a waste of $70 for an application fee just off the strength Ive hadnt been contacted about it. Being honest, I just moved on and continued my search. Its not the first time I wasted money.

This month makes 2 years that I have been a tenant with Affinity Management and I honestly feel I couldn’t have made a better choice . Words cannot express how great they are. The relationship they build with you is far beyond just treating you as another tenant. They ensure YOU and your home are well taken care of and take all maintenance requests serious, IF you should have any. I have NEVER in the 2 years I’ve been in my home had a time where I could not get in contact with them . They are prompt and very efficient. I cannot express how much I LOVE Affinity Management and really hope you make the choice of going with them and experience it yourself! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I would not recommend their services if you are a community looking for a company to manage multiple units. These are two gals who run the company. One has very little interaction. The other does 90% of the work. They are understaffed. Their response to issues are not same day. Our HOA Board spent the majority of our time educating and training them about our issues and concerns. They added little value. Their software to view violations etc does not work. There are many better choices. They also are active real estate agents, so not dedicated. They should stick with their bread and butter - the individual rental units. Our Board spent more time arguing with them than solving problems. They are very stubborn and try to be inflexible. Not a good choice. This company (to my knowledge) only manages one other HOA community.

They are an excellent property management company to conduct business with. All aspects of my rental (signing of the lease, maintenance calls, move out inspection, and the prompt return of my security deposit) were conducted in a timely and courteous manner. I would have stayed in my rental longer, but I was required to relocate for my job.

I have had Affinity managing my property in Moncks Corner, SC for 2 years. They listed our property, negotiated with the tenant and found great long term tenants for us. All of the day-to-day operations of managing a rental property is handled by Affinity. All I do is sit back and see the rent money show up into my bank account every month on time.

What a wonderful company! They are easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to needs. They also have a great renovation team that has done great work on two of my properties. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

I’ve been renting a home in Irmo for over a year now and Affinity Management has been an outstanding property manager! The staff is professional, friendly, and very responsive. I appreciate their dedication to making sure things are the way they’re supposed to be. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and am very happy with everything Affinity Management has done.

Horrible company to deal with after living in one of their properties for over 18 months I could never get in contact with property management rent charges would randomly fluctuate more than agreed upon and after giving more than 2 months notice of move out and requesting for management to preform a walk through it was almost impossible to maintain communication with them we would call multiple times and leave multiple messages to no response back I would rather live in a box before l would live in another property that they manageEdit : 03/19/20 1:15pm its funny how after blasting them on social media now they want to respond promptly after reviewing several other reviews you can see most of the complaints are the same no communication maybe if they responded back to their tenants their over all rating would be higher.

Affinity Property Management managed my rental property for 2 years in South Carolina. I would NOT recommend their services! They do not follow up thru....excuses after excuses. Meredith rarely tells the straight story and covers up for Ashley. They never did a walk thru and return the deposit to our renters knowing our home was destroyed. If you are on another state this company will not care for your property. Very Unprofessional.
