Evan and Sydney are the absolute best people to work with at this location.We had to rent a 3/4 ton truck, to haul a tractor down to NM and pick one up to bring home.Long story short, we had several issues logistically, but nothing to do with this rental.Evan went over everything in detail and made sure we understood all the fine print and what was expected. The truck worked out great and when we needed it for a few days longer than planned, Sydney was super accommodating and understood the situation we were in. She was able to extend the contract, without run around.We have rented from Enterprise previously, in a different city, but this location is by far the one that stands apart from the rest.You will absolutely be taken care of here- I give both Sydney and Evan 5 stars each for each attribute they have.Thank you so much for your assistance and understanding, especially when our trip had a few hiccups.

Horrible customer service and worse road side assistance. Plus unauthorized charges weeks later.Had truck break down and got no help all weekend long from road side assistance or customer care. Had to wait till monday to get accused of sabotaging truck, until they sent out repair team and saw that wasnt the case. Got truck taken off my hands after dropping it off at local location. Then got misc charge weeks later with no help from manager or any other worker, both in office and with customer service. Emailed Evan and he let me know he was off and couldnt help. Will never rent from enterprise again.turns out the charge was from another customer that some how got charged to me. Never got a notice or anything, had to see it on credit card and wife already had called it in as fraud. So new cards to wait for now, thanks

Rented here once and it was a great experience. Tried to rent again and was told no vehicles available but I was first on the list. Drove by the location and saw 3 trucks in the parking lot. Called to see if they were available, was told they don’t have anything available. Sydney was great, but Stephanie just sounded like she did not want to do her job and look outside. Had to drive to Ft. Collins to get a truck from Colorado Springs. If you use this location, only work with Sydney, she is the only one who cares about your rental needs. Thanks for nothing Stephanie.

This facility gave me the worst rental experience of my life. I showed up to rent a truck that I had reserved, but the reservations agent refused to accept two of my payment cards – after having rented from them regularly and for years (faulty smart-chip that they refused to swipe and then a debit card). That’s in spite of my long history with Enterprise and their failure to inform me of these card policies before I showed up. The agent incredibly urged me to arrive early so she could leave promptly at 4pm, and then she got confrontational with me and accused me of screening their calls. Despite the nastiness, I used a personal card to complete the transaction. But that wasn’t the end. They topped off the whole experience by providing me with no guidance on how to drive a special vehicle (26’ diesel box truck) and then charging me for diesel even though I filled everything up before I returned it. Poor customer loyalty, poor customer service, and a really bad attitude. It was totally disrespectful, and I am totally dissatisfied.

Convenient location, we have dealt with Scott (military friendly), he is store manager (amazing customer service). We were in and out in minutes. Ive had really bad experience in NY and NJ with Enterprise but this location change all of that. Before we were renting Chevy Express for our furniture needs but this location gave us for the same price much larger Ford Van and it had amazing gas mileage around 20 average. Thank you guys from great experience and we will be back when we need a Cargo Van again.

I used to do a lot of business with this location the management has changed here and the service has dropped dramatically and will no longer do business with Enterprise because of that. Tiffany is just a worker and draws a paycheck, clearly doesn’t care for me as a customer.

We have rented cargo vans from this location for several years. The manager Andrew and his whole team including Easton and Matt are super awesome. They take great care of us and make it easy to do business with them. Highly recommended!

I rented a cargo van. Andrew was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to find me a van and to have it available when I needed it. I could not be more pleased with the helpful attitude, the servic, and the great rates.

I needed a truck that had a lift gate to pick up my tool box that wieghs about 6,000lbs. Truck did great. Had air ride suspension so none of the load ever moved

Andrew and the crew at the truck side of enterprise are so awesome. They saved our vacation by finding a truck to haul our camper at the ABSOLUTE LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE. It was a total miracle they pulled off and I will always use them and refer them to anyone with even a remote need for a truck.

Andrew saved my weekend. Made a reservation by phone through the corporate number and the moron couldnt comprehend basic information, so when I showed up my reservation wasnt even made. HOWEVER, Andrew Aragon saved the day. I had a 3/4 ton truck ready to tow, ready for me within 10 minutes and I was out the door. Couldnt be happier.
