This company was working across the street from my house. They trimmed a tree, the workers proceeded to blow piles of leaves into my street. Upon speaking with the driver about my complaint of not cleaning up he chose to leave and then take another lap by my house to spread the leaves closer toward my house.We spent the entire day before cleaning up our leaves in fact many people close did. Now we have more leaves due to this lack of professionalism disayed.I have since spoken with the owner Clay. He was very timely with a response and made it a personal matter. He Clay cleaned up the mess left by his workers and very professional.

Ive hired Tree Artisans twice in the last five years and have been very pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and competitive pricing. They clean up the sidewalk/street daily after theyre done, which my neighbors appreciated. We hired them for a two day job that required removal of several large trees, including a 45 foot cottonwood, without damaging any surrounding structures. They also removed old stumps, dead shrubs, small trees, and a woodpile. We cant even tell there used to be trees and stumps in the areas they cleared. Office staff is friendly and prompt, as well, and they accept credit card payments with no up charge. Great job overall, will continue hiring Tree Artisans for our tree maintenance needs

This is the second time Tree Artisans has pruned our trees, and they are always on time and do a great job. Jack did your initial estimate, and he is very knowledgeable about not only pruning, but about what is best for the overall health of the tree. You can tell he is very passionate about trees and tree health. Tree Artisans uses an injection process as far as pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizing the trees, which has low to no impact on the outside environment; they will offer this service, but they do not push it on you. We will continue to use Tree Artisans in the future, and feel they do excellent work!

We had a rather large pine tree come down during the blizzard and left behind a massive, difficult to access, root ball. Tree Artisans came out and gave us a fair estimate to grind it. They made quick work of the job and took great care to not damage our lawn or any of the ground surrounding the stump. They cleaned up afterwards as well. We are extremely happy with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone needing tree expertise.

We hired Tree Artisan to cut down 1 tree and grind 4 stumps. When they arrived we asked if they could cut another tree down as well. They added the cost to our original estimate and completed all the work in less than 3 hours. They were friendly, professional and extremely hard-working. These guys take pride in their company and work. What an incredible work ethic not seen often these days. They carried away all debris, raked and swept the driveway. Literally they left no mess. The work was amazing. The price was very affordable and they got me scheduled the day I asked for. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

These guys are true professionals. I am only a neighbor of their customer and I feel compelled to leave a review. A two-man crew has worked from dusk till dawn for two days in a row doing an excellent job removing an ancient tree from my neighbors yard. They took the time to warn us about the noise and apologize for any inconvenience AS NEIGHBORS and have left a perfectly clean jobsite every day. I will definitely be calling these guys the next time we need tree pruning or fire mitigation services.

What a wonderful experience from estimate to final bill. Jack came out to give an estimate for the removal of 5 dead trees. He was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of tree removal (just chop them down leaving the stump, vs. Stump grinding.) The price was FANTASTIC!! We were anticipating a 4 figure amount, and was very pleasantly surprised when it only cost $640! The team (3 people) showed up, and in only 2 hours : chopped down 5 twenty foot trees, put them thru the chipper, and thoroughly cleaned the backyard of any debris. They even swept part of the neighbors yard where some branches/chips fell. I am spreading the word through my neighborhood about the excellent service and pricing . I can hardly wait until they add TREE PLANTING to their service. I wont even ask for competitive bids. Tree Artisan is the ONLY one for us!!

Jack has come out and walks our property looking for mistletoe and pine beetles. He has also advised us on fire mitigation. They care about trees and keeping our property healthy. Great company!

The Tree Artisans Group are an awesome team. I had just purchased my home in Colorado Springs, which had several dead Aspen Trees that were about 20+ years old. Most knowledgeable arborist whom I ever met!

In 2018 I noticed my 2 Ash trees were looking sickly with holes bored into the bark from birds/insects and leaves dropping. I called a couple of places but Tree Artisans answered their phone and Jack was out the next day. He was very knowlegeable and told me a lilac ash borer infestation was going on inside my trees. The treatment was administered and i watered as instructed. Spring 2019 arrived and one of the ash trees leafed out well but the other one hadnt leafed out and its June. I thought my tree was dead. Jack came out and reassured me the tree was just late in leafing. Maybe it was the late snows we had. He asked me to call him in 2 weeks with the progress . Its only been one week and the tree is leafing. I appreciate Jacks customer service and will call him whenever I need a good arborist.

I cant say enough good about this team.This friendly, dependable and reputable team has time-and-again gone out of their way to provide diagnostic and urgent tree care services for my familys trees. Jack has saved us thousands in what would have otherwise been whole cost of tree replacement due to diseased, compromised and/or infirmed products from a local COS tree farm nursery.Jack diagnosed, treated and saved half the trees at our Falcon residence. Trees with substantive maturity are not cheap, and I consider them a necessary and worthwhile investment in this area. After giving a local tree farm nursery $8K+ of my business only to have the trees failing with a 50% mortality rate within the year, I had to call in the professionals. The Tree Artisans team was able to diagnose and save our trees while the local nursery only offered to extricate more money from the family purse.The Tree Artisan team is my go-to resource for a knowledgeable, responsive and reputable arborist in Colorado Springs.
