Jonathan Charles was amazing and so professional. I caught him outside while he was waiting on a neighbor and was able to ask him a few questions about my lawn. We have no knowledge of landscaping and maintenance and he was able to thoroughly explain and teach me a few things. He answered all of my questions with so much patience. I have used BrightView to maintain several Special Districts over the past several years. They are fairly priced and do an excellent job. It is nice to have a company that is responsive and they have alll the skills to do all aspects of landscaping from maintenance to capital improvements

Don’t worry the trash that they pick up out of your place they all throw in bags in the back of the truck and then when they’re doing 90 miles an hour at 6 AM down the highway they will lose all the bags down the freeway

This company relocated me from California didnt give me hours they promised then bam all of a sudden they stopped replying and giving me hours and Im not from here no supervisors respond or anything no communication in this company what so ever .

Terrible company. One of there leaders flipped off my employees while driving by . Left a message to report him never heard back. Very unprofessional.

Gets the job done right the first time with this company

Resident of a property they service and specifically went away from workers to let my dog go to the bathroom one worker kept following where I was going with a weed wacker making my dog scared and unable to go, then the worker kept trying to rush me and then called me several names in Spanish to a coworker obviously thinking I cant understand Spanish.
