They have no phone service. I ordered on line. They did not try to find the number missing on their records. I sent an email asking when they would make a delivery. When I initially ordered, it should have been delivered the 17 th. In their response they could have corrected the phone number but only said they would be delivering the 19 th. Email is not the only way to communicate for good business. I did not get the wood and to reorder would have cost an additional $25. Not customer friendly.
