New patient and just had my first visit for a cleaning, exam and x-rays. Great experience. Scheduling and signing up was easy. I got an appointment right away.Ladies at the front were nice and efficient. Hygienist took her time and did a thorough job on the cleaning. I wish I could give Dr. Kimmelman more than 5 stars! While I was on vacation in Colorado my tooth snapped off along with its crown below the gum line. Dr. Kimmelman was able to use his magic and build up my tooth enough for a new crown which was completed and installed within a few days. On a side note, I think Dr. Kimmelman should be a comedian. The hardest part was not laughing as he cracked jokes.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for almost 10 years. Me teeth are sensitive to cold water but the hygienist has a warm water heater down in her unit that makes the visit pleasant. The x-rays are done on the computer so we see the pictures instantly. The staff is awesome And the music is great! For the past several years Dr. Kimmelman has been awarded Colorado Springs Top Dentists which gives me confidence that I am seeing the best of the best dentists in the Springs🌺

I found this to be excellent dental care several year ago, however: An insurance misunderstanding, an active divorce with miscommunication led to bills getting to the wrong households, and insurance not coving a tooth I was told was going to be covered. I was traveling and busy and because I did not respond to mail within 30 days, I was sent to creditors, and sent a very rude you are not ever welcome in our practice again letter, which I showed to friends and my ex husband and they all agreed it was extremely aggressive, unnecessary. So I would say the dental care itself was amazing, but there are some weird policies and social dynamics in that office. And, I ran over a nail in their parking lot and had to get all four of my AWD tires replaced after. Mixed review from me.

I was referred to Dr. Kimmelman almost 10 years ago by another friend and client of his. Whenever I come into the office Stacy and Joy always greet me with a smile, ask me how I am, and express genuine interest in me. The office is very punctual, and I seldom have to wait beyond my scheduled time. While I have had several hygienists over the years, they have all been caring, friendly, and professional. In regards to Dr. Kimmelman himself, he is just a great person. He definitely places the quality of his work as a top priority. He always makes time to see me and actually cares about my well being. He only recommends things (unless it is a genuine emergency), and I have never felt pressured by him to undertake a procedure. At the end of the day, I completely trust him with my dentistry needs and would confidently recommend him to others.

The dentist is pretty good, but the prices are extreme. Not at all happy with getting one story from the lady who answers the phone and a completely different story from the dentist. Also, dont cancel an appointment or they will charge you an extra $50.They also charge $30 to transfer your x-rays to another dentist, which is ILLEGAL according to HIPAA.

I have been a client of Dr. Kimmelman for over 20 years!! NEVER AGAIN! I was charged a same day cancel fee of $25, because my 6 year old son was home with the flu, throwing up and diarrhea. They rather him come into their office sick and expose everyone else to his illness then be courteous and cancel without any fee. Their suggestion was to put him in a DIAPER!!!! COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! Does not care if they lose business, loyalty means nothing to this dentist office. Please disregard my previous post about how wonderful this office is because that is NO LONGER THE CASE!!!

Broke my jaw and would not admit it. His assistant lied as well. Told me I needed to stay calm and nothing was wrong. Took two surgeries by a real oral surgeon, and a year to grow back the bone best it would grow back with a real bone graft. Now a year later, I can begin to have the damage restored and get a real smile and not a SmilebySeth. I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason. Reported to D.O.R.A. regulatory agency.

A+ experience from the beginning. I needed some extensive work done and was very uncertain how to begin. I made my initial request for information with Dr Kimmelmans office online and received a prompt response. I provided all of my personal and insurance information prior to my consultation. Dr Kimmelman and his staff were ready for me when I arrived. After my examination Dr Kimmelman explained my options in detail. His staff explained all of the insurance and financial options available. I chose to start my procedures that day. A few appointments and a couple of months later and I am extremely happy with the results. We are continuing to work together with a maintenance program. Great work from great people. Thank you!

I came in for a broken tooth. The girls were very nice but the Dr was the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I spent 40 minutes waiting to be seen because he had been out sick that week and was catching up. This did not bother me as far as the wait goes. The tech did an xray and said the Dr would be in soon. Dr.K walked in and did not introduce himself, did not say hi, nothing of that nature. He said rudly what is going on. I said I had broken a tooth 2 months ago and was having pain and a bump above it the past 2 days that when I touched infection would come out. He said EXACTLY this and ONLY this: those will be easy to get out and he turned around and walked out. The man said a total of SEVEN words to me period. When he walked out I never seen him again. The tech came in and said please come up front and we will schedule your removal. I went up front and they could not see me 7 days. I said there was no way I could wait that long because I was in terrible discomfort. They seemed not to care and as if I was bothering them to get in earlier than 7 days. I called daily to see if an opening had come available but they had such terrible bedside manner that they could not make any room for me to help. 2 days and 3 nights went by of terrible discomfort went by and i finally went to the ER because i was feeling very sick. Come to find out due to Dr.K blowing me off I developed a very high fever,chills and rapid heartbeat. After testing and blood work they found that I have a blood infection caused by the infection in my tooth. I spent 24 hrs in the hospital on IV antibiotics. Overall, this Dr. could have killed me. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. It is very obvious that this Dr. only cares about money and how many patients that he can get through his door as I heard him tell one of the other patients during my visit that he had seen 25 patients that morning between 8-1130am!! He should be stripped of his license. I just hope he has good insurance because as soon as I am healthy again he will be hearing from my attorney!!

I only go to the dentist when I have a dental emergency, which is stupid, but thats the way it is. Seth always takes care of my teeth without making me feel like a dirtbag, which I really appreciate. Some dentists, like the ones that scared me for life when I was a kid, are really judgemental. Seth isnt. He also takes care of my moms teeth and my sisters teeth. They have nothing but good things to say about him, too.

After years of hiding my smile because of old, yellow, stained, and poorly shaped fillings and bonding materials I can finally smile again. I spent months looking for a dentist to do the work to fix my smile and found too many dentists who made me feel like I was talking to a used car salesman more interested in getting my money than producing a natural looking, smile I could be proud of. Many of them claimed my budget was far too low and it would take a year or more to achieve positive results. I had nearly given up when I called Dr. Kimmelmans office but as soon as I met the staff I knew I had found the right place for me. His staff assured me Dr. Kimmelman would find a way to help me within my budget. Furthermore, Dr. Kimmelman was the first dentist to suggest treatments that would preserve my natural teeth as much as possible while providing a pleasingly natural appearing smile. What surprised me most was the impact made in the appearance of my teeth by simply removing excess gum tissue, making my tiny teeth appear bigger...wow!!!! I wish I had known about that option much earlier in my life.Dr. Kimmelman is a real perfectionist when it comes to his work so you are sure to get the best possible treatment and results in every aspect of your care. I have veneers, an implant, and bone graphs all done with little to no discomfort and absolutely no post procedure issues. I avoided going to the dentist for a couple years based on some bad experiences I have had in the past. I finally had to break down and make an appointment. I picked Dr. Kimmelman based on the positive reviews I read online. When I called to make an appointment I let them know that I was basically a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. After a root canal, filing & crown repair and a good cleaning with Dr. Kimmelman and Ellen I am no longer scared of the dentist! I had lived with a sore tooth for over a year worrying about going to the dentist. I didnt smile as much because I knew my tooth was showing decay. Dr. Kimmelman and his staff didnt make me feel bad for neglecting my teeth as other dentists have; they just assessed the situation and fixed it. Now, Im proud to smile and show off the beautiful work Dr. Kimmelman and his staff did for me. Everyone in the office are so attentive and kind. I had the absolute worst dentist experience ever. I has a small chip in my filling that I wanted sorted out, as it was starting to turn into a bigger hole. I called the office and scheduled an appointment, the lady told me it would be around $60 for my visit. I came in, the technician did an xray and told me to wait. Then the doctor came in, looked at my xray and said that I had root canal done incorrectly and it needs to be redone. He looked into my mouth (without touching any of my teeth or using any time of equipment he has) and said he cant fix the broken filling because there is abscess at the bottom of the root and that hole needs to stay there for ventilation to allow the tooth to breathe... He said I need to have root canal redone and I need a crown for that tooth. So basically the doctor didnt even touch my teeth AT ALL and two weeks later I received a bill for over $150! However, this was not the worst thing of it all. I went to my dentist back at home 2 months after my visit at doctor Kimmelmans office, turns out he wasnt looking at the right tooth!!! The one that had hole in it (bottom left 7) was actually a LIVE tooth, it was bottom left 6 that had root canal done ages ago... sooo thanks to doctor Seth Kimmelman, I ended up walking with a hole in a perfectly fine tooth for 2 months.... This dentist is not only a rip off, he also doesnt know what he is doing... will never EVER go there again.

At Dr. Kimmelmans office you are treated as a friend and not just a customer. Everyone on his staff (which is very stable) takes the time to get to know you. They also handle everything when it comes to insurance and billing. Service has always been great, and Dr. Kimmelman takes to the time to explain your options, treatment, and exactly what procedure he is performing. When it comes to crowns and cavities I think he is a perfectionist. Unlike my previous dentist(s), his crowns feel natural and fit my bite perfectly.
