First time ever that I have enjoyed going to the dentist. Dr. Alan and his staff were just what you would expect and hope for, kind and professional. I appreciated their calming demeanor just what I needed.

I got 12 teeth extracted all at once and Dr. Cory was so great easing my anxiety about the procedure. I definitely recommend this office!

Was told I needed a filling and my tooth didn’t hurt until after they did work on me. Went back 3 times for them to put in the filling since it kept on coming out after that they told me my tooth was too weak and that It had to be pulled. Wanted to charge me half for the procedure because it was their fault. At least could’ve done it for free since it WAS THEIR FAULT. Anyways got a second opinion and my new dentist told me that wasn’t necessary that she could fix it, and did! I’m no longer in pain. Wouldn’t send anyone to brothers dental after that!

Im not sure who this Victoria person is? But if you know my Mom Tracy - you would know that she has the kindest and most loving heart and goes out of her way everyday to make sure that not only her patients but her staff is taken care of. She works endless hours, days, nights and even weekends for the past 14 + years to make the office her home away from home and hopes that all her staff members follow rules and steps to run smoothly. If this Victoria person really knew my mom she would not have said such harsh and hurtful things about my Mom publicly humiliating her and our family. I also want to say I have been a part of this dental my whole life and through all the doctors it stays as homely and loving and I would say its all from the help of my mom showing the love to her patients and staff through all these years. So I just want to say Victoria is a made up person that has some sort of vindictive personality to hurt others.

Was there for a cleaning. Never saw dentist. No long check gums or mouth for cancer. Had to ask for fluoride treatment which I had paid for then it was slopped on so fas that she missed most of my tooth surfaces. The assistant told me she didn’t want to be there. Time for a new dentist!!

Came in today as a new patient and this office exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was friendly and Sheena who did my prophy was a riot! I will definitely continue to see them and am planning on bringing my 3 year old in for his first dental visit.

I just switched my dentist to Brothers Dental and they are FANTASTIC!! The front office staff is very welcoming and demonstrates a high example of professionalism. The dental assistant and dentist was very thorough when going through my X-Rays, cleaning, etc. so I understood every step and. I appreciated the honestly from the dentist with some things to fix on my teeth, how to prevent any problems, etc. I am very pleased with the service and walked out of the office knowing I got a thorough cleaning! 100% recommend giving them a call to set up an appointment.

I have not been to a Dds for over 12 years due to issues stemming from childhood.I had an emergency tooth issue and contacted 7 Dds office and Brothers Dds was the only office that fit me in the very next morning.I do not like anyone touching my face or even come near to it, so I was very stressed about this.I am very bad with names so I will just say that EVERYONE in their new office was very sensitive to my issues. I was then scheduled for my teeth to be cleaned, which to me is very evasive. I was given meds to relax me and the cleaning was done without any major issues.I can say without hesitation that this was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist without being sedated. Everyone in that office was accommodating, and some of the nicest people I have come crossed in a business environment.I was raised that if you are in a customer service environment that you accommodate that customer with the upmost care. I feel that everyone in these two offices exceed that.I want to take this time to think brothers dentistry for understanding my issues and going above and beyond to make me comfortable.

I must say I am extremely impressed by Brothers Dental. They are very welcoming, and extremely nice. They make you feel at home. I’ve previously went to Comfort dental and wasn’t at all impressed. Brothers dental is patient not only with their employees, but their patients as well. They are very informative, and they always make sure to voice your concerns if you have any. When I was there yesterday one of the gals was in “training.” I have never seen a company do such a great job in training. They walked her through every step and didn’t get upset when she asked questions like most people do. Especially in the dental field. I never once questioned anything she was doing, I trusted her the entire time. She kept apologizing for things and I def didn’t mind at all. Everyone needs practice so I’m super understanding. I’m a mom of 3...going to the dentist may be horrible to a lot of people...but I felt like it was a spa day for my teeth and away from my chaotic life. All the front desk ladies are incredible. Tracy (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) has been absolutely amazing. I always tel her her phone etiquette is by far the best I’ve ever heard with a company. She is super peppy and happy, and you can tell she very much loves her job. She is great at what she does, and deserves a raise. Everyone there does. I just wanted to give her a shout out as she has been with me since the moment I made my first appointment. I would strongly strongly STRONGLY recommend this dentist! Y’all keep up the great work.

Appointments flow smoothly. Very organized. I mostly have hygienist work done by the WONDERFUL DIANE. She is proficient, gentle, organized, and still manages to fit in conversation with her work. Ive been a patient at the practice through several dentists (27 years) and there are always improvements. The Brothers have continued a legacy. All the staff are terrific and friendly and know me personally after all the years. I am very satisfied.

The worst experience is with the office manager, Tracy. Being an office manager she shows no compassion in others and treats her staff like animals. I can understand why the office runs short staffed no one would want to work there.

I have fibromyalgia and dental work is both physically and mentally challenging. I was admittedly terrified to have the work I needed done and had delayed for some time, but Brothers entire staff worked with me every step of the way. They understood my unique needs and not only were they quick and gentle with the dental work but everyone took the time to stop by the chair and give me a little extra emotional support, and it meant the world to me. Thank you so much for giving me the space and support to feel I could do this. Im not afraid to see the dentist anymore and that is sincerely thanks to Brothers Dental.Stacey helped not only coordinate the treatment I needed, but walked me through the financial portion so I knew exactly what to expect at each appointment. I am always able to schedule appointments in a reasonable time frame rather than waiting a month or longer to be seen. Personally I have not had an appointment run longer than scheduled and am called back promptly after check-in. There is a lovely waiting area with coffee and snacks provided.All around wonderful, and highly recommended.

Dr. Alan and staff are remarkable. I had not seen a dentist for 3 years and began suffering tooth pain approximately 4 weeks ago. When the pain became unbearable, Tracy was able to get me an appointment for the following day. Courtney took care of my x-rays and made me feel at home. I just started going here, but everyone seems super nice, and Dr. Allen has a great manner that is very calming to someone who is nervous about dentists, as I am. First Id like to start by saying I deal with anxiety and this visit was very pleasant! The front desk staff is very friendly and got me in same day! Courtney rocks, I was able to joke around making me feel alot better about being at the dentist. Dr. Alan watch me through step by step of the procedure I was having. I was also able to stop when I needed to which really eased my mind! Great visit to a dentist and will be using them again for future procedures!

Everyone at Crabtree is so nice, from the moment you walk through the door! I saw how great they were with my husband first and needed a new dentist, so the choice was easy. They always check in and make sure you are comfortable and take time to explain everything. I do not get nervous about going to the dentist, but if you are someone who does I highly recommend Crabtree. They are so kind, sweet, and professional and will ease your fears.

I started going to Brothers Dental at the beginning of the year. The staff, Dr. Alan and Dr. Cory have been great. They definitely take care of their patients and its such a warm homey environment. Definitely recommend them!

Took the time to confirm they not only accepted my insurance, but it was in network. Really felt welcome for my first appointment when the asked me for $60 after my insurance was applied. This would be enough thievery for most establishments, but not Brothers Dental. They then had the audacity to send me an additional bill, claiming that the previous extortion simply wasnt enough. I obviously changed dentists immediately and would recommend the same to others. Please dont look at the old positive reviews engendered by previous owners.

I have been seeing the same dentist for the past 4 years and my option of the office was... fine. After my last visit to my previous dentist I left feeling unsettled by the work they were saying I needed and cost etc. I went to Crabtree Dental Center seeking a second opinion. I called and told them what was going on and the pain I had been having. They were able to schedule me that same day. After reading reviews I expected it to be a good practice but I soon found out I had greatly underestimated this office! Dr. Crabtree and his staff are simply beyond compare! I have never felt so welcomed into a practice before nor have a met a dentist with such excellent bedside manner. Dr Crabtree was extremely detailed explaining my plan of care and trust me I have quite a long list of problems needing to be addressed with my teeth. The staff was friendly and personable. The dental assistant was a delight to speak with when getting my x-rays and figuring out what exactly I was needing to be seen for at that visit. The checkout process was stress free and dare I say pleasant which is not something you would expect as dental care can be a bit pricey. I was completely blown away by the wow factor this practice puts forth. I am confident in their abilities to care for me both as a patient and as a person. I would certainly refer anyone I know here!

Crabtree Dental is truly the best dental office I have ever been to, and I have been to many. Their customer service is impeccable. Stacy at the front desk lightens up the room with her pleasant demeanor. Not only that, but I have never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly ever before. Most dental offices get you in and out without getting your teeth perfectly clean, but not Crabtree, I was amazed. The energy here is great and you won’t be disappointed.

I really like it here because it seems that they all have their act together. Ive been to multiple dentist office that looked like a big soup sandwich.The one thing that I really like about this place is that they recommend what you actually need and not just make things up so that they can bleed you dry of money.I always told myself that if I was to ever have a business of my own. I would always be honest with great customer service. That is what keeps us coming back.

The facility is clean and nice. The staff I met are very personable, friendly, and educated with the hygiene and dental appointment we were there for. I brought my son and it was great going to a place that also does pediatric in which makes it easier for families. They also do very well with people that have Dental anxiety. I transferred my kids to Crabtree Dental and Ive been so happy with their professionalism and how they work with my kids. I wanted a dentist who would respect my decisions and would allow me to sit with my kids during their dental work. I am very happy with these aspects. Their scheduling is also easy and the reminders even update my iCal via the reminder emails. The play area makes waiting easier with my other kids too.

I love this office! I had a horrible experience at the dentist when I was younger. I have always been terrified of the dentist. Not anymore! You walk in and they know you by name, they remember your kids even when they arent with you. My teenagers arent anxious about going to the dentist either! Best office I have ever experienced!

I have ALWAYS had a horrible experience at dental offices. This office changed that! They were so friendly and definitely lowered my anxiety! The assistant was very friendly and explained everything she was doing to my teeth. They answered all my questions and made sure I was okay and if I wasn’t, they fixed it. They also took their time cleaning my teeth and I felt great leaving. I’ve never had a dentist and assistant do such a detailed and amazing job on my teeth. I will never go anywhere else! I had a filling driving me crazy after getting it done, I called the next day and they got me in within hours of my call! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful :) thank you all for everything you do!

This place is top notch! They treat their patients and guests very well, with a sorts of friendly amenities. The Doctor is so great, and very friendly. Him and his team are funny and they make the dental procedures very quick and easy. I absolutely love Crabtree Dental Center and I will be going there as a patient throughout my life, most definitely. I have also arranged for my mom to schedule an appointment there as well. Main points:-Tracy is incapable of being good at customer service.-They will not give you accurate estimate--These result in them being dishonest and untrustworthy.If you want a dentist whose office does the work expected of them, who will be honest, truthful, and provide good customer service when there is an issue, do NOT go to Crabtree.I was told that they have an agreement with my insurance company and fillings are $178, typically $300/each. With two fillings they said my insurance would cover $191 and I owed them $164, as an estimate. Typically estimates are accurate, or close to accurate; they typically give you an estimate because they have done their due diligence, looked at your insurance policy/talked with your insurance provider, and have come to that accurate calculated conclusion. This is not the case for Crabtree, they pull a number out of their you know what. They do not contact your insurance provider at all prior to billing and they don’t look up accurate numbers. A week after my procedure I was told I owe them the $191. When I emailed them angry at how wrong they were, they took the defensive side, rather than apologetic for their mistake. Tracy is the one that responded to the email. Over 500 words saying it was all my fault, then threatening to cancel my dental insurance if I don’t pay even though they also said my insurance is between my policy provider and me, not the dental care provider. In a later email she, Tracy, mentioned “team work”, which she clearly hasn’t shown because she kept blaming me for not knowing my insurance and acting as if it is obvious that Crabtree wouldn’t know anything about it. If someone gives you an estimate, you expect it is because they did their work to find an accurate number, not because they made up a number. I will never go back to them because they do not do their expected job and only blame the customer when there is an error rather than taking any fault.

I absolutely LOVE this dental office. The women who work there made me feel like family from the moment I first walked in their door over 10yrs ago! Both dentists are very skilled, warm and personable. I never thought I’d look forward to going to the dentist. I highly recommend them!

Every person that I have talked with at brothers dental has been fantastic! If you are looking for a local dentist they are terrific!

I originally started there as a patient under Dr. Crabtree in 2016-ish and continued after it changed over to Brothers Dental. The doctors and staff are great but Im not sure of the quality of work.I had 3 crowns done before we moved and within 6 months, 1 of the 3 crowns popped off and the 2nd one cracked in half and came off. Ive even had the temporary crown come off after 2 days! So disappointed.A

Ive never been to a dentists office that left such a lasting positive impression as Crabtree Dental. My girlfriend and I did a lot of research into the ideal dental practice for us and the Google reviews of this place cant even do it justice! From the moment we were given a tour until we walked out with more beautiful smile than before, this place far exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was professional, polite, courteous, and just overly awesome.I wish I could give another five stars to Robin, the wonderful dental assistant that not only made my teeth feel wonderful but educated me on everything she was doing and what I needed to do for better dental health. Robins knowledge, positive attitude, and great demeanor ensured this was the most pleasant dentist trip I have ever had.

The staff always greet and make you feel welcome. I started getting my cleanings done at crabtree back in 2015 and come very 6 months. They are timely, effective, and leave your teeth feeling great! I would recommend Crabtree dental to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I have severe anxiety and ALWAYS require medication but not anymore! This place is absolutely amazing. I had to have some major work done on my birthday last year and they remembered it was my birthday. They all greeted me with a happy birthday and a card signed by everyone and a gift card to Target. Im pretty lonely on my birthday being a single mom and I cannot even tell you how special I felt that they remembered and made such a big deal about it. The staff is hands-down some of the best professionals Ive ever encountered. I will never again go anywhere else and Im super excited that Dr. Crabtree is young because if he retired I would absolutely CRY! He is fabulous with my children as well.

Let me start by saying, I really dont like going to the dentist. I dont think anyone does, but I physically cringe at the mere thought. However, it was very comforting to be shown everything and feel like Im actually a part of my own plan of action. I was even able to get in the same day when a filling came out from another dentist! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I really hope I have finally found my home dentist!Update: I had some fillings done. I think the Dental Assistant knew I was nervous, she patted my shoulder the whole time Dr. Crabtree was numbing me. I felt comfortable and relaxed (which is UNHEARD OF!!) and didnt feel any pain or soreness afterwards. Its almost eerie to think of a dental office as a comfortable, happy place to go! But this place is it.

So, today, my grandson (4 yrs old) was complaining about tooth pain and had been for a couple of days. Dr. Crabtrees staff quickly found a way to fit him in today and gave us all some peace of mind. This is not the first time....right before my last vacation, I was having tooth pain and they fit me in and gave me a quick fix that made my trip much more enjoyable. They are the best and we are so happy that we found a practice that truly cares about our family and our unique situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and their wonderful staff!

First time patient here. Came in a couple weeks ago and loved that they explained the process very well.They even referred me over to an orthodontist because i had questions about fixing a couple of cosmetic things. Ill be coming back for a filling and getting a wisdom tooth removed. Also referred my MIL that jist moved here and she loves them as well.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Tea is also available, (coffee, juice, water) and a snack- yesterday it was cookies and mints. They have a play area for children, as well as a meeting room which makes it easier to write then holding paperwork on a clipboard in your lap. Prices are the same as all dental offices. Place is clean and does have a wheel chair ramp outside but I was not obvervant and did not pay attention inside.

I was refereed to this dentist from a group of people when they first opened, scheduled a cleaning, had a filling, received a welcome basket from them, on the surface was very pleasant and I was excited a found a dentist close to home I really liked. After the cleaning they scheduled my 6 month cleaning (6 months out from that date), long story short.... I broke a tooth last night, called first thing this morning to schedule a fix, was told it would be 4 days out (not really concerned about an emergency broken tooth) ... and I had a $50.00 fee on my account for missing my cleaning.... this fee was placed on my account for missing my 6 month cleaning last year. Pretty dishonest if you ask me, there are a lot of new dentists in town, its time for me to find one whos more concerned about my business, my broken tooth, and there customers then a $50.00 fee for not making my optional cleaning last year. Be careful, who knows what other sneaky tricks they have in store for you!

As a client of Crabtree dental, now Brothers Dental, Ive got to say, Brothers Dental, goes above and beyond the expectations you would see in a normal Dental office.I moved out of the area and started with another dentist, who didnt provide the care and compassion Brothers Dental offers.Tracy, and Stacy, were a huge help in solving an issue that arose, and worked extra hard to see that my Problem was taken care of.Alan, and Cory, were outstanding getting my dentures done, with a number of fittings until we acheived an awesome fit. I loved everyone when it was Crabtree dental. I was sad to hear he sold it. But with some reservations I went to my scheduled cleaning and was pleased to see all the same staff. The brothers are great Crabtree picked great replacements. We will be continuing our care there.

Great experience! Began with a tour of the facility by Candice who is upbeat and personable. Very brief wait chatting with Candice and Tracy at the front desk. Each have great personalities. X-Rays and a short chat with Aricka who was great was followed by a quick exam from the Doc. Cleaning scheduled later for same afternoon due to an opening that came available. Diane was very gentle, efficient, and a pleasure to have as my hygienist. Follow-up appointment made with Candice for 6 months down the road. Very fast, efficient, and proficient was the entire staff. Thank you! Highly recommend this Dentistry Team.

Dr. Crabtree is an excellent dentist, and he has an absolutely wonderful staff! They are all so nice and accommodating. Everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Today I was the first time I went there after seeing soo many people refer them. And I was not at all disappointed!! The hygienist I met with was amazing and so friendly!! I told them what was wrong and right away they knew what to look for, I came from comfort dental which was horrid!! So I was extremely excited when I was able to actually get a plan of action. The staff was all super nice and awesome. The dentist was really nice and actually listened!! Definitely recommending to my family and friends!!

Amazing people flat out no questions asked had a really bad tooth pain they were able to get me in same day as a new patient and even was able to remove the tooth that was the pain Dr. Alan Andrews is an amazing person never in my life have a meet someone so caring about your health and pain then anything else he makes me have faith that there are still truly good people in this world.

I cannot say enough good things, this office definitely makes it pleasant to go see the dentist! I was a new patient today coming in for an emergency toothache and I was warmly greeted and introduced to the staff up front Tracy and Amy made me feel at home while I waited for my appointment. Myrtle then took me back and did a very comprehensive intake before I met Dr Crabtree. I was surprised that they didnt just deal directly with the immediate problem, they took their time to make sure they were thorough. The care I received was attentive and comprehensive, I didnt feel rushed or pressured and Dr Crabtree took a very conservative approach to try to alleviate my symptoms with the least amount of treatment initially which I appreciate. I will be bringing my 3 daughters back to get them established as new patients and can honestly say that I have finally found a true dental home. Thank you to Dr Crabtree and all of his staff for making it such a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Excellent, would 100% recommend Dr. Crabtree and his staff. My daughter in law had been telling me for months I should try them. Well, after a not so pleasant experience at another office I made an appointment with Dr. Crabtree. Cannot tell you what a DIFFERENCE it was just stepping into this office. Seriously. The front staff (Regan) was so pleasant and helpful - she actually SHOWED me around the office and made me feel comfortable being there. They took extra steps and made additional calls to get my records transferred (that was a mess), they checked my insurance BEFORE they even did anything just to make sure I would not have more out of the pocket expenses. The hygienist - she was so kind and gentle... answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Dr. Crabtree reviewed all of my records and answered my questions, made suggestions on what I needed to get done... not at all pushy or rushed. Didnt suggest unnecessary treatments. They told me what I was going to owe BEFORE any work was done. I am - well to be honest a scardy cat when it comes to having dental work done and I would 100% recommend Dr. Crabtree and his staff - they go over and above what any other dentist I have EVER in my many year been to.

Im afraid of going to the dentist but they have made my dental experiences comfortable and the staff is very enjoyable and down to earth. Crabtree is gentle, patient and VERY understanding! I RECOMMEND them to all, especially the scaredy cats, like me.

I had this fear of dentist for awhile due to insecurities that a previous dentist stood upon me. I was referred by a family member who really put me at ease to go see Me. Crabtree and his staff. My first visit was awesome and Im really confident and excited about the dental plan coming. The end result will be a smile that will always be treasured for a lifetime.

I have been going here for a couple of years and I love them. Tracy works the front desk and take care of everything and she rocks!Diane, the hygentist, is great and Dr. Crabtree its funny and makes you feel relaxed.My son had a ton of work done and everyweek he had no problem coming in and getting major work done.The whole staff is great.Just make an appointment. I feel bad for dentists, it’s just a scary place to go, but Dr.Crabtree is awesome! I’ve had both a filling and cleaning done as well as has my bf visit for the same. The office staff is friendly, service is quick, and they’re great with text reminders for appointments! I dont know about cookies at a dentist, but the office snacks and drinks as you wait! I don’t enjoy the dentist but I do like going here!

After going to the wrong dentist for years, you know when youre with someone you can trust. The staff at Crabtree Dental is amazing. First entering I felt cared for and in great hands. I never had a doubt. Even though I have lots of dental work ahead of me I feel that I am in trusted hands! If you are on medicaid Please call Crabtree Dental first before calling anyone else!

Friendly staff,very knowledgeable and non judgmental. They got me in quick and didnt make me feel terrible about my teeth. I will definitely return.
