Molly was great. She took her time answering all my questions, as well as making me feel at ease. She asked me several times if I was doing OK during the x-ray process. Dr. John Neuhaus made me feel like I was his only patient. He answered all my questions. He was straight forward when telling me about my issues. All the staff members that I spoke with were kind, pleasant and an overall joy to talk to. I will be telling everyone I know whos looking for a new dentist about Espire. They were really awesome!!

I don’t know if there’s anyone other than me that has super high anxiety issues when it comes to dental but even after my mouth was numb I continue to cry and shake but thanks to Dr. Gasper and his team he calmed me down and everything worked out! A year and a half ago I went to another dentist in the area three times and he could not get my mouth numb therefore I had huge anxiety before I even came to the office and Dr. Gasper was able to get my mouth numb thank goodness!

Dr Neuhaus and his staff are awesome! He explained a lot about how my mouths structure that is contributing to my snoring, something Ive never heard before. Additionally, when I had a chipped tooth, he took the time to not only repair it, but also to find out what caused it in the first place. He then took preventative steps to mitigate the chances of it happening again. He was also great with my son on his first trip to the dentist. He made my son comfortable and made it a fun experience. I cannot recommend him enough!

I have high anxiety when it comes to having work done on my teeth. I have never felt more comfortable at a Dentist office the entire staff is amazing and everyone is so pleasant and personable. The ladys up front are awesome, it is so nice to be able to laugh and joke with them instead of walking into an office where noone can barely even smile. My dentist is awesome as well! I have been searching for a new dental home. I did a lot of research and finally settled on a couple of local dentist offices. I visited each of them and decided neither met my needs nor expectations. I need a dental office with the experience and modern technology to take care of my Dental requirements and not have to farm me out to different offices for the more complex or unique treatments! I did a LOT of research trying to find the dentist who would be a good fit for my needs. I choose Dr Neuhaus and Espire dental because of their amazing positive testimonials and before/after photos. I was able to book a virtual consultation for our first meeting which was important to me during Covid and because I live two plus hours from Colorado Springs! Even virtually, the consultation was more thorough and thoughtful and more kind than any other dentist I’ve ever been too. I knew I’d found a good fit. The staff at Espire was beyond sweet, accommodating and helpful. They’re upfront with cost and let you be intimately involved in the choice of treatment plans—giving lots of options and deeply informed choices. Dr Neuhaus makes me feel 100% cared for. He pays attention to all the important details about oral health and asthetics AND is doing all work with the big picture outcomes in mind. I’ve only just started my journey but I’ve already seen an amazing transformation to my smile under Dr Neuhaus and his staffs care. I got composites done as a temporary fix until after orthodontics when I’ll get vaneers; they are really natural looking and beautiful. I’m excited to see final final results. I look forward to going and seeing all their smiling (masked) faces. It’s well worth the long drive!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a Dentists office!!I have recommended it twice already. Everyone was unbelievably kind and supportive through the whole process. The machines and techniques the Dr uses to analyze and assess the condition of your mouth and teeth are astounding! Then Dr. Gasper was able to explain each issue and the best course of action, and why, all in ways I easily understood. I feel at ease and more than confident for my next visit!

Dr. Gasper and his team are hands down the best interaction Ive had with a dental office in my life. Its challenging for me to go to the dentist living with anxiety and a traumatic upper wisdom teeth extraction in the past. I chose this office because I could tell they were experienced in working with patients with anxiety. My cleaning was a human experience, I didnt feel like a subject that was rushed to press through the pain and tears to have good dental hygiene. When it was Dr. Gaspers turn to look at my decaying lower wisdom teeth he took the time to get to know me and helped me feel more calm.That experience in itself was inspiring, but what will forever stick with me is what I experienced when I came in for my appointment to extract my remaining wisdom teeth despite my intense fear. I attempted the oral sedation, but Dr. Gasper knew that I was still too alert and terrified so he did not go forward with the procedure. He wheeled me himself to my boyfriends car and called me later that evening to check on me.Before we left the office they had already scheduled me the first available appointment at an oral surgeon office under anesthesia to help me with my limited budget. They were successfully removed, and I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness and caring Ive experienced by everyone I interacted with at Aesthetic Dentistry By Design.Dont let my experience of oral sedation deter you from looking into it. Oral sedation is a great affordable option and its uncommon for someone to not respond well to it like I did. If you have high stress and anxiety like I do, I would recommend talking to Dr. Gasper about it to see if its a good option for you.

Its always a pleasure to walk into Aesthetic Dentistry By Design and feel the warmth of the office because of the beautiful decor and friendly staff. My visit this week was for my dental hygiene appointment and a follow up for oral surgery I had. I was pleased with how conscientious the hygienist was for a sensitive area in my mouth. Dr. Gasper has been my dentist for 28 years and he and his team are wonderful!

Dr. Gasper and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to educate you and listen to what is important to you. I didnt feel like I was sold a service I didnt need/want. The atmosphere and service from when you walk in the door to when you leave is superb. I felt welcome and as if Im part of their family. They were gentle in my mouth when cleaning and during my initial exam.

So my first visit was after a fall where I broke two molars. I ended up with two crowns (one on top, the other on bottom). I arrived at 11am and departed about 3 pm. Not only did I have both crowns installed, after the numbness wore off, everything felt perfect. All done in a single visit! The previous time I got a crown about 3 years ago at a different dentist it was 4 visits, the initial impressions and shaping leaving with a temp crown, a return about 7 days later because the temp crown came off, and then a third trip to get the crown installed. Then a follow-up because it required additional shaping for the bite to be normal. Also with Delta dental, that other dentist cost me (copay) nearly the same as the two I got here. I have since been back to catch up on my maintenance. Which was also a great experience and no hidden fees (completely covered by Delta dental). Every visit to the other dentist always had something that I had significant copay. Not sure why I stayed with the other as long as I did. Definitely happy here.

Have been a patient of Dr. Gasper for well over 15 years and during this period of time, I suffered from severe jaw and TMJ pain which none of my physicians could figure out the cause. In passing one day, I mentioned it to Dr. Gasper, and he immediately knew the cause and had a solution. Granted, the solution involved almost 3 years of wearing an oral appliance to move my jaw forward then braces to realign my teeth and jaw, of which I wasnt too keen. I admit I had my doubts that my dentist could fix this problem that Id been suffering from for nearly 15 years! Needless to say, after two more years of his persuasions, I finally gave in to his treatment recommendation and plan. Im finally jaw-pain-free! AND my consistent headaches have gone away as well! The cost for 3 years of orthodontic therapy was also very reasonable, the value in being pain free - priceless! Dr. Gasper has been our family dentist for as long as I can remember and he will be until he retires - which hopefully isnt for some time.

Odd thing to say you Loved it when referring to going to the dentists office, but Aesthetic Dentistry By Design happens to be the best dentist office I have ever used. I have spent A LOT of money in three other dental offices in Colorado Springs, before being referred to Dr. Gaspar. I needed a root canal! I was a mess😰👏🏿I have such terrible anxiety yet I was gonna try and do the gas instead of complete sedation because I truly trust Dr. Gasper and his kind staff, they just made feel like they got me, understood my feelings of anxiety, and then the dreaded news! the office was out of oxygen needed for the gas, He looked at me and said with confidence you got this! Terrified, I trusted him and his assistant and said do it, Im here do it, I probably wont come back if I leave I am such a baby! He did an amazing job, numbed me up enough, waited for it to get numb, put a movie on for me, headphones turned up so I dont freak out at every noise.And of course I have some weird intersected roots it was a challenge, he made sure he got it perfect, he cares about his work, thats called integrity! I started treatment at Aesthetic Dentistry by Design with Dr. Gasper in 2003, after interviewing two other local orthodontists. After my first experience with the practice, I transferred my entire family to his practice for dentistry.Dr. Gaspers approach is tailored to each individual, using the latest technologies available. Since he actively teaches his passion for dentistry and orthodontia, he remains up-to-date and actively implements best practices.The personalities of the personnel have been carefully hand-picked. Every person on the team, from the front desk to the back office are delightfully pleasant, patient, and caring.The Spa treatments that are offered during routine maintenance procedures (parafin wax with aromatherapy for your hands, down blanket throws, etc.) help to relax patients throughout the duration of their visit. You definitely leave in a better state than when you arrived.Ive referred multiple people to this practice, as I truly believe it to be the best. When my family moved away in 2006, we learned that finding a good dentist can be extremely difficult (especially when they have to fill Dr. Gaspers shoes!). When we decided to move back to Colorado in 2014, there was no question who our dentist would be (even though we moved to Aurora and drive an hour each way). This practice is definitely worth the drive. We are thrilled to be back with Aesthetic Dentistry by Design.
