2021 - Don is great! But lose the receptionist, Misty, shes awful!I used to be a client of Dons back in mid 2000s. Don was a fabulous accountant and very easy to work with.I moved out of state for many years and came back this year. I called today to request that Don do my taxes for 2020 and the lady who answered the phone, Misty, said that they werent taking new clients. I explained that I was a client and she said that since it was so long ago, they would no longer have my client files and as a result, I would be considered a new client. Personally, I think it odd that an accountant would not still have my files, but whatever, right?!However, when she explained these things to me, she was neither empathetic nor cordial. Im sorry Don, but you need to let that woman go, she isnt cut out for customer service and you will lose business because of her.

Rude, and they are not knowledgeable inthe 2016 trough todays date accounting tax services they were disrespectful from the reception who suggested that maybe I need to go somewhere else and without the opportunity to ask my questions, the person who came over had no idea what was form 8962 and definitely they have no idea what are the procedures to submit previous years taxes like I said maybe as the receptionist suggested should go somewhere else I know i took her suggestions and I left. What a disgrace.

I spoke to the receptionist about filing my taxes, and she scoffed at me! She was rude and even gave me false information regarding taxes.I didnt rate 1 star because I didnt get the chance to meet with an accountant. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the unprofessional receptionist.
