I have been with Duncan accounting with both my personal and business tax needs since 2007 and also doing my payroll for my company they have always tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilitys with the current covid restrictions on everybody today. I think theyve gone beyond the call of duty so to say.. I would highly recommend their services for both sets... business and personal

I’m single, my taxes were in early and were simple. 3/4 of my communication with this company went un answered(app/email/phone). The other 1/4 involved vague answers with no follow up. They seem to be shelling out some people’s taxes to other companies tax employees, not even independent consultants. How do I know? It’s called “Google,” Janet. I realize this may happen often around the US. I don’t care. Next year I’ll go somewhere else and get to chose the people who actually are doing my taxes. I really would have been cool with the situation had anyone ever really talked to me.

Not a customer oriented service. Failed to have sufficient staff to provide quality and timely service. Was not proactive when delays arose. Would not recommend.

Janet is absolutely amazing! We had terrible luck with accountants in the past and she instantly put us at ease and made the process so much simpler. We consider her a part of our team at Day Lily Salon and Spa. We couldn’t do it without her!
