I sold and bought a house in the midst of the COVID pandemic, closing both properties on the same day. This was my first time buying a house. I had never worked with a Realtor before. I was finishing up graduate school and had a job lined up in Colorado Springs. Rob was incredibly easy to deal with. He was very quickly able to discern what my wife and I were looking for in a house. He went the extra mile to find exactly what we were looking for.
