Sean Pyrtle was the realtor for selling my condo and also purchasing a single family home. He helped to get the asking price of my condo, even though it was priced higher than comparable condos. He also negotiated $10,000 off the price of my new home, which is fairly difficult for a home of its caliber that had only been on the market for 5 days. He was always eager to help, put my needs first, and made himself readily available whenever I wanted to see a home, even with as a little as an hour advance notice. I was extremely selective about the type of home I wanted and wasnt willing to settle until I had seen just about everything Colorado Springs had to offer, but Sean stuck with me and was very patient. He had creative ideas and introduced me to parts of town I hadnt considered. He didnt apply any pressure or rush me while I was preparing my condo for sale and looking for a new home. Sean is knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and is easy to work to with.

Being a first time property buyer, i was more than nervous about the whole process of purchasing. Somehow, the good lord nudged me in the direction of meeting Sean! A down to earth gentleman, close to my age who i wasnt afraid to ask any questions with about the process. Upon meeting him, before anyone mentioned houses, we chatted about ourselves & talked close to an hour just about music alone! Lol.then he really listened to what i wanted & what i could spend comfortably . Within 2 showings he nailed it! Not exactly like i hoped for, But BETTER! He was with me the whole process, & even gave a walk through on his day off just so i could show a friend . Trust me, hes good!
