This was the smoothest sale that one can experience. Judy was fantastic at walking me through all of the paperwork and making sure that all of the is were dotted and ts crossed. She staged the property beautifully for showing. We put it on the market on Monday and we had five offers in the first two days and we were under contract by Thursday for more than our asking price. We are very pleased with the way this entire process played out.

I cannot say enough about Judy. She is outstanding at her job and really has her clients best interest at heart. When we bought our first house with her in 2012 we looked at dozens of houses and Judy not only wasnt pushy, she would point out things in the houses that may cause real issues for us that we hadnt noticed.
